YES IT'S FABRIC: AMOJI FABRIC BLING CLOGS/CROCS

Hey y'all! So I wanted to try something different with the clogs/crocs. Something that I haven't personally seen. So I decided to try putting some fabric on the clogs and I loved it 😍😍. I am very pleased with the turn out. If you aren't a fan of the shine then after a couple coats of the mod podge should suffice. Check out the vid and tell me what you think! As always thanks for stopping by!!❤️❤️

Sooo dope! What can I use for trim instead of stones? For a boy
@TIMEWITHLADYESHA
@TIMEWITHLADYESHA 2 года назад
Ok I was thinking the same thing lol.... so just off brainstorming i could either just really take my sweet time while cutting the fabric so I won't need a trim. Or I would either make my own little charms to make a border, or maybe some kinds of bead or maybe even some type of string like material not really like a ribbon but something of that nature. Also on Amazon they have the wrist band for the crocs charms you could use that as well. You could probably make a border on sticker paper or printable vinyl ( would recommend the vinyl) then apply that and put the glaze over that. You can finesse it however you like. And I'm sure there are tons of other things you can do as well. Thanks for watching 🥰🥰

@TIMEWITHLADYESHA
@TIMEWITHLADYESHA 2 года назад
Thanks so much.... I would like to think they are waterproof but I must be honest I didn't get to wear them because they were a half size too small. However I used this same method on a Serving table and it has lasted a long time. I'm sure it's because of the glaze coat. I will be doing another pair that I can fit so I can answer these the wear and tear questions better lol.... as far as the fabric I'm sure it will last as long as the glaze coat isn't extremely compromised.....I really appreciate you for watching. When it comes to covering with fabric yours is the best that I have seen! Questions: How long did you let modge podge dry before adding another coat and was that glossy modge podge? Before cutting did you let the glue dry overnight? The glaze you used, can I use a thin coat of epoxy? I have plenty of that
@TIMEWITHLADYESHA
@TIMEWITHLADYESHA 2 года назад
Heyyyyy Sharon. Ok so for the modge Podge part I just sat the crocs in front of a heater until dry. It didn't take long just about 10 mins if that long and I used the matte finish. As far as cutting I just needed the fabric to stay in place while I cut it so letting it dry for about 10 mins did the trick, leaving overnight is not necessary for this step. Yes you can most definitely use your epoxy. The glaze I used is basically the same thing. I use that to make my rolling trays and anything else that calls for epoxy lol. This particular glaze is more cost effective for me. Now once I put on the first layer of glaze I just let it sit enough to set then I did another layer of glaze and let that sit overnight. I hope this helped and I thank you so much for watching. It means everything to me 🙌🏾❤️
