YESSS A NEW PLANT THEMED PACK FOR THE SIMS 4 

"They must be in expensive pots" my father-in-law has a plant that's about the length of my forearm, probably smaller, and is worth well over $100. The plant community is wild and expensive

I want a "cheap clutter" kit. Something that has a bunch of random clutter items, and none of them cost more than $100 simoleons.

As a “plant daddy” I can assure you the pricing is pretty reasonable as plants are VERY very expensive

Whoever writes the descriptions of the packs needs to get paid more, they’re amazing

Kayla, you should try and do a build only using Kit stuff. Idk if it's even possible, but that could be a fun challenge. Or a terrible challenge.

ts4 has DRASTICALLY improved their swatch game and i’m loving it

I’m a plant person so I love that this pack is an option, and I’ll probably use some of these items in every build, but where is our basic potted monstera deliciosa?? Arguably the most popular houseplant

I think the plant tables with the glass are very useful in community lots like pools, gyms and libraries. They also give me "fancy hotel lobby table" vibes haha.

I feel like I would use wall shelves or even standing shelving more, if there were more things that would slot to them, we don’t have a lot of things in the smallest slot size, even things that look like they should slot in smaller slots often do not.

Excited to see what modders can do to separate some of these items. The hanging plants in those two dividers are GORGEOUS why don’t the sims team give us these but… separate!

So one things I'm seeing here that I love about all the single potted plants is that they are mostly one tile or less. It's so much harder to place the plants that take up four tiles.

I work at a house plant store and these prices seem to translate well depending on the store you go to. Irl, some of these plants are supper difficult to get to certain sizes so they are gonna be more expensive. Honestly I’m stoked about this pack! I can finally make my dream home QwQ

i wish there was a way for your sims to “water them”. not have them change but just to add some more life and realism to the game.

Aside from the fact that I'm excited about plants, I have to say that my favorite part is that it's not so niche as to be a one hit wonder (use it once and never again). Like you said, this is something that you can really use with anything.

as someone who is obsessed w plants and my whole apartment is covered in them, this is my DREAM KIT. this is the kind of thing that kits were designed for! giving lots of variety to a certain type of object or niche interest. EA did good with this one 😍

The plants actually don't interest me that much! But I'm happy for everyone else who wanted more :-) My favorite pack is actually the Throwback Fit Kit in the sense that I'm using it the most

I feel like for once it’s a substantial kit with care, variety, nice designs and variation (though I wish like you there were more tiny or medium sized plants) - much more than most of the others so I think this worthwhile and a kit I could see actually buying and supporting the Sims if they’ll step it up like this going forward

what's good about this kit is that there are plants for so many occasions, it's not just one very specific, very niche style....**cough** Courtyard Oasis **cough** . I feel like if you buy this kit, you'll find yourself in a position where you will use one or two items in almost every build.

Now all we need is a build combining this kit with cottage living!

I'm not finished the video yet, but someone really likes Harney & Sons tea, cause those tea tins are almost an exact replica of them!

I wasn't sure about kits at first but then I understood the purpose; to appeal to niches. I definitely wanted more plants in game and have less cc in that way. And sure, these could have been added to the base game but EA will do what EA will do

Overall I really like this kit, the swatches are really good and there are some nice items (and I've already bought it) but I'm really disappointed that there is NO hanging plant to put on a shelf. :/

I feel like this pack is a good mix of things you can use in your house builds and things you could use in a community lot. The glass top tables and the cage all feel like they'd make sense in a business more than a home.

This pack is a dream come true! I just bought it! I love Sims 4 plants! I can't wait to use these for my houses and to makeover some apartments in San Myshuno as well! I always want to go plant crazy in the Sims 4 apartments, lol!

I love the basic concept of kits (small, specialized packs for a lower price), but out of all of them, I'd personally only use this one, industrial loft kit, and maybe bust the dust (modding out some of the annoying features)

Absolutely in love with that kit. My mom's a gardener and I have some of these plants in my house! No such thing as "doesn't fit" or "weird plant" lol Some of you sound as if you've never owned a plant before

As someone who worked at Outback Steakhouse in Brazil and had to take A COURSE on the Bloomin' Onion specifically: It is NOT fried in beef fat here and if it actually is there in the US, that sounds EXTREMELY cumbersome. Sounds like a marketing strategy.

I would love to see a picture frame/ wall art kit, honestly the game is just really lacking in good wall art and picture frames, especially if you can't buy a lot of packs

Blooming onions are good I would use the hanging plant light in a bathroom and either dim or change the tone of it

A plants kit feels so spiteful. Like they just knew those of us choosing to opt out of kits can’t keep holding out. Next will be a better babies kit lmaoo

That pothos hanging plant is beautiful. I have a potted pothos that grows like crazy every summer on my front porch then it gets depressed in the winter because I have to bring it inside. Pothos are air purifiers too.

I feel like the plant furniture could fit well in eco lifestyle builds

I will be purchasing this kit for sure! I own every expansion pack, but not every kit. I uninstalled Bust the Dust. It’s the only kit/pack I’ve ever uninstalled. The maids don’t vacuum (even when there’s a vacuum for them to use!), and the dust builds up so quickly that the Sims are always “uncomfortable” (especially if they have the squeamish trait) even after I have one of them clean everything. It was a headache. But I’m really digging this decor! Definitely need some plants like this. Love your videos, Kayla! :)

My favorite is the dust bunny one with the vacuums. I only wish it had brooms or a of the grid options. Because it doesn’t work well with of the grid, the dust keeps collecting but you can only clean when it’s sunny.

Sims should do a revamp of plants, in the style that they did the nails like come out with lots of different pots in different styles and sized and then add to the gardening skill by then adding simple plants to grow, in a decorative plant style :) that way you can really customise the plants to be how you want it with different plants and different pots

Yeah, I don't use the Country Kitchen kit either, despite being pretty excited about it back when I bought it. I gave up on Bust The Dust. The Throwback Fit kit was the one I was least excited about on paper and the one I've used the most. Industrial Loft coming in second.

the tiny plants😭💖 thank god they've included them because it's so hard to find decors that slot into the shelves. I hope they'll keep putting out tiny decor items/clutters🤞

Concept: do a build only decorating using kits. I think we have enough now we could do that. Of course we'd use base game to make the house playable but only decorate with the kits

i bought this kit blindly with country kitchen and i could not be happier tbh, i just wish they’d finally allow us to put things anywhere on surfaces, at least like how we can alt place

I feel like a lot of these items are usable in a home, but a lot of them also feel like something a company might put in their lobby and staff spaces to make them more attractive.

This kit (along with the country kitchen kit) is the only kit I’ve even considered buying. I really like this one :D

I love the tea plant ones 🥺 I love that I own multiple containers that look just like that of tea too 🥺🥺 so here for the realism

And the greenhouse shelves work great for artifacts found in the jungle

I am so buying this pack! I like building more modern stuff in general so those tables and a lot of the items are so perfect! It’s $7 cad. for kits so this is the only one I’ll have bought but it’s just to good to pass up!

Very nice. I hope one day we'll get more stuff for pirates. We have clothes and talk like a pirate days, but I'd love ship houses and what not. With some pirate specific jobs or something.
