Quite worthy, Adam. Soothing. Do you know, back during the Beatles' reign and for probably 25 years after, absolutely NO ONE dared to cover a Beatles song, as it was almost a sacrilege. Now, symphonies and artists from every corner of the earth play their songs. Their music will last over centuries, just like the music of Mozart, Beethoven, Mahler, etcetera.
Very very good..but you said seems instead of looks..in like they're here to stay..this was noticeable because the word seem was in the previous sentence.. seeing u had just one instrument this was very good..on paper you're gritty voice wouldn't suit this song..but with your guitar style it suited it very well..in fact it was kind of refreshing.
I think that's ok if you were a performance artist..but this is mainstream..a simple song...sure u can abbreviate but you can't change a word especially if it has a different meaning..it's ok on here..but I wouldn't do it on a televised performance.
