I'm so sorry to hear about all you've been through. Ok now about dialysis. I took my aunt for 6 weeks until I returnrd to work overseas. We left early in the morning for 1 hr drive. Sat for hours for treatment. 1 he drive home. Got home in evening and then Had to prepare dinner. She was so weak I practically had to carry her up the stairs. We were very fortunate to have a neighbor who helped my daddy with taking Nene to dialysis. Het 2 sisters did nothing for her. Family!! I hope things work out and you get your transplant soon. When you go back to Dr talk to him about your depression. He can put you on something for depression short term. It will help.

SO sorry your aunt has such a hard time too! I was like that for quite a while on dialysis, but now it seems like with the changes they have made, I am feeling better, and have a lot more energy - I even went to the gym with my husband the other night and walked on the treadmill!

OMG!!! Sweetie you have so many health challenges. Chronic illness takes its tole on us mentally. I have some chronic health issues, but nothing like yours. I think it is ok to take a short while to pity ourselves as long as we pop back out of it. When our health declines, we go through a grieving process for the loss . My dear sweet mother-in-law had bone cancer, which caused her kidneys to quit functioning, so she wasn't a candidate for a transplant. I saw how she felt on dialysis days.If they removed too much fluid, she was exhausted and had bad headaches. I have to say she was an inspiration though, because she always had a great attitude and loved to have fun with the family. She and I did many fun things together. Please keep us updated. Miss you when you are not on for a while. It is wonderful you have a potential donor lined up. You will be in my daily prayers. Looking forward to the day you can make a video saying you are feeling well. Sending blessings, love, and hugs your way.

Thank you so much for your sweet comments! I'm so glad you were ale to be close to your mother-in-law, I was only able to know mine for a few years, and we were both very sick during that time .She passed away while waiting for a liver transplant, so that does kind of add to my worries as well. I'll have another update soon about the transplant process!

It's totally understandable why you would feel depressed and discouraged. You are dealing with so much!!! I'm so sorry that things are so difficult for you. I hope things get better for you soon. It's great news that your numbers are good and that you can reduce the amount of dialysis!!! I'm glad your hubby's knee is doing better. I'll be praying for you both.

Oh Amy, I'm so sorry! I understand having health problems. I have,a disease called CRPS, sometimes called RSD(Google it). My nervous system malfunctioned causing me to have nerve pain in my legs, and feet 24/7. It has started to affect my organs noe, so I understand being weary of procedures, hospital stays, ER visits, and Dr appointments! Our health is everything and we usually take it for granted until we don't have good health. I also understand about trouble with veins too. Mine are shot! My thoughts and prayers are with you Amy. I will be praying that you can get the transplant soon and start building your health back! Also, praying for your husband. When everything around seems to be falling apart, look up to Jesus! He is faithful and is with you every step of the way! You are a strong woman and you can do this! Let God be your strength! God bless you dear one.🙏💕💕💕💕💕💕💕

Thank you so much! Your encouragement definitely helps! And you are so right, I can't imagine how someone could get through times like this without God to lean on. I am strong because of Him!

Amy honey, you have had such a rollercoaster lately. I am so sorry, but you have a good attitude. It is ok to get down, as long as you don't stay there. I tell my husband that I feel like one of those weighted punching clowns. Where you punch it and down it goes, but it pops back up. Lol. I want to just flat out on the floor but God pops me back up and says no no now, count your blessings. He (God) and I have quite a few "arguments" about that. But I am so glad he wins! I have thought about you lately and wondering how you are doing. I will step up my prayers because God is great! Keep your faith sweetie, it is the most important thing we have. I am happy that you have been able to cut down to 2 days a week. Oh and I have to praise God that you have such a good husband! I tell mine that sometimes I want to hang him up by his thumbs, but I could not make it without him! No telling what he would like to hang me up by! Lol. You look pretty. I love your hair! Longer really suits you! Get ready girl, fall is just around the corner! Yay, time to start the crafting and getting ready to decorate! I am a 3 season girl, And summer isn't one of them! Ha. Having to stay in is getting OLD!! Keep us updated and take care of yourself and your sweet hubby! Tyfs. HUGS

Thank you so much! I always love seeing your comments, you just brighten my day! I often tell my husband I need to get a punching bag to take out some of my aggression, and one of those clowns would be perfect - I remember my grandparents had one, and I hated t when I was little!
