Omg, I’ve become obsessed with yeti products after my som got me the Yeti mug for my truck. Voila, found your review, loving the 46oz size for cold and hot drinks, heaven 😀 great review !!
Thank you! I’m glad you enjoyed the review. I’m also obsessed with Yeti products. I have a load out bucket, a Roadie cooler, and a few rambler tumblers--all crammed into this little van. Lol 😂
@@ESPMe what’s your thoughts on the Roadie Cooler, I’m thinking of getting one for my 23ft narrowboat, as we have no fridge and do 1-2 nights stopovers up river, thinking could do the trick for keeping milk, bacon etc cold ?
It’s nice, if you don’t have a lot of stuff to keep cold. In the summer, I used it to keep drinks and a few things cold. I had to change out the ice every 2-3 days. Now that it’s winter, I use it without ice to keep things from getting “too cold.” For example, I keep eggs in the cooler without ice so that they stay cold, but don’t freeze. Keep in mind, I don’t keep food much except for the weekends. I tend to eat out a lot. I really like my Roadie 24. But once you add ice, it is a small cooler. For your use, the Roadie would probably work well, as long as you didn’t have too much more food than you described. 🙂
I’m a fan of the rambler series. Multiple cap options. Although I’ll never get my hand through that opening. Mostly women on that I’d imagine. Have 3- 26 oz bottles. Looking to add a 48 and or 64 now. I’ve found putting in dawn and boiling water cleans them pretty well. Thanks for review.
Only video on 64 and 46 oz sizes . There both only been out a year, just ordered a 46 oz in harvest red. 64 seems awful big to carry. The 46 is just a bit taller than the 36 oz a little bigger around . The 46 oz seems perfect for me , i already have a 26 oz.
I've had my 64oz rambler for a good 5yrs now. It's been a gem when it comes to coffee on fishing trips or filling up with chili for a winter camping trip. Never did care for the original lid 🙃 just ordered me the chug cap 👍 New subscriber btw!
I thought that was interesting about men sitting in panel vans near playgrounds . I also use yeti tumbler because of their quality and yeti product seem to be over engineered for longevity.
Yes, men are generally viewed more as potential threats than women. When people see a man without a child at a playground, they take notice. Lol 😂 I totally agree with you. Yeti products are over engineered. Perfect for VanLife. I have a few Yeti products. I would have more, but I have limited space in my compact van. 🙂
I remember years ago buying Fiji bottled water with my coffee at Starbucks. Lol 😂 What a ripoff. The free water is filtered and much better with ice. 🧊 (I shouldn’t say “free” as you are paying for expensive coffee. I’ll say complimentary water.)
Tried to customize mine but didn't see one for Washington state and customer service was no help so I ended customizing mine and paying extra for a logo of my choosing to be uploaded to the bottle
In my 46 OZ bottle ice has kept for over 48 hours in the hot front seat of my van. It was around 70°F outside and probably around 80°F in the van. My bottle was half filled with ice, half filled with water to begin with. I can only imagine that if I had chosen a lighter colored bottle, the ice might have lasted longer.
@@ESPMe now tight with the money, i have some time to choose. I already have several thermos bottles. Will need to give away some, before getting a new one. But Yetti looks like a quality product. I did not know about them. Thank you for shearing.
@@ESPMe Keeps you inspired. :) I also prefer cold water. I was surprised how colleagues form India drink hot water. But then again in a hot climate probably wise to dink hot water no to shock the body. But if iI drink hot water then i would probably throw out ( even if it is cold winter ) . Just not used to the idea that this is normal to drink hot water. :)
Thank you, Sam! The meeting went OK. There will be another meeting next week. I’m still a bit undecided about whether or not to accept the new position. It’s a whole lot more responsibility with a pay increase that I’m not sure is worth it. But the job progression will look good on my resume.
I work a full-time job, so I actually have more disposable income with VanLife. But it’s like any living situation. Some people who live in traditional homes and apartments are broke; some aren’t. Thanks for watching. 🙂
