I think the purpose of this show is to choose whose going to debut first. They were called treasures because yg has prepared many trainees for the next generations. Its just that yg wants to train them more than the usual and wants to get the attention of the public so that the group who will debut will get a strong fanbase. Just my opinion. And in addition to that i think yg intends to debut team A first but he wants to get the sympathy of the people and to make it look to the public that the boys went to a hard battle or road and they made it with determination and talent. Also, maybe the reason why yg had to let all those kids (all the treasures) be part of the battle so that when there is a next show like this or debut, the boys were already known and had already built their image. I think this is all the same with win and miz and matched, if you've watched the other battles of yg ent. Its kind the like it was all planned, like a business strategy. My only opinion btw

even if they were eliminated they still have chance to debut. its just it will take time coz they still need more training.
