I just got one of these a month ago and its working great. Will be upgrading it a bit, going to shield some of the parts. And put in better stand offs for the boards.

@@AmbiguouslyBrown It's been a year and a half now since you got this and I am looking at getting this same one, are you still liking it? I see there is a 3A one now as opposed to the 2A one you have. Thoughts?

@@greekwiz8140 I’m still really liking it! I actually just finished replacing the HDMI port on my friends PS5 and I didn’t have any issues. I can’t tell the difference between the 2A and the 3A. They look the same on Amazon 🤷🏽‍♂️

Can you tell me what the piece is that you thought was an ic puller? I have looked at 20 videos and you are the only one that mentions it. I dont think it's a puller but not sure what it is for. Thank you btw great video!

Hey there! I was wondering what you thought about YIHUA's 8786D 2 in 1 model. I need something for SMD repairs on consoles, but i don't have a big budget. Is YIHUA reliable?

I’d give it a shot. I’ve had my 853D for a while now and have definitely put it through its paces. Hasn’t failed me yet and is still going strong!

ive had one for over a year..... its garbage. i had to fix it out of the box. temperatures are too low on both the iron and the pubic hair dryer. you can manage to melt fresh solder to make new joints but thats about it edit: i do use the power supply and test function for those tasks too risky for the good gear ( im no pro and regularly blow stuff up and burn stuff just having fun with my son.) for serious repairs ect i think throwing £500 at a half decent iron station and hot air station is cheep enough

Hi there, I've been looking for a budget hot air station for a while now. I currently have a weller wlc100 but need a hot air station. I've seen this one on Amazon and have taken a liking to it have you had any issues using any of the features within the station?

Sires I’ve never had any issues with any part of this station. It’s a workhorse and has served me well this year. If you bought it, you would not be disappointed.

@@AmbiguouslyBrown and how good are the irons I'm trying to get one with a bevel tip because at the moment my weller wlc 100 doesn't have an option for that

Sires it comes with quite a few, including a couple bevels. I prefer the pencil tip, myself. They tin really nicely and conduct heat very well.

@@AmbiguouslyBrown ok I was just wondering because I've seen some reviews of people saying the heating elements broke easily but if you aren't affiliated and you say everything works fine I might have to check it out

Sires totally not affiliated. Maybe they were unlucky or I have been lucky, but my heating elements haven’t shown any sign of failure

Not at all. I use it quite frequently and never had any issues.

Hi there, I'm looking to buy it and I wonder to know if it still worth it. If not, I'm try to understand if is much worth to buy one 2 in 1 soldering station and one good PSU separately instead to have one all-in-one like so. Any suggest?

It is definitely still worth it! I use it almost daily and I have yet to find fault. I've used the bech-psu part of it and it works like a charm. It's been put through its paces and it is still a champ. Get one and you won't regret it.

Kudo Shinichi works just as good as the day I got it. I use it almost every day and it’s a workhorse.

It is! Just as good as the day I bought it. Used it last week to replace an HDMI port on a PS5.

I just subscribed. Love the music in your video the humor and all the other good stuff you have in there. Can I pay you to remove a bios chip from my PCB ? And transfer the BIOS chip to the other PCB. If I had your unit I would have tempted myself. I live in Ohio please let me know how much $$$ you would need.
