Shifu Changrong Ph.D. is a 34th Generation Master of the Shaolin Temple, a 5th Generation Baguazhang Master, a 6th Generation Xingyiquan Master, and a 6th Generation Yang style Taichi Master. He is also a rare descendant of the legendary masters Zhao Daoxin (趙道新先師), Wu Yihui(吳翼輝先師), and Wang Xiangzhai (王薌斋先師).
To promote these original and authentic Chinese martial arts, Shifu Changrong has founded the Kungfu Meditation Center in New York City and offers private and group sessions for both children and adults.
Shifu Changrong hopes to exchange ideas, share experiences and collaborate with friends from all circles of life including, social groups, academic institutions, and families as well.

This brings back old memories. The man with big hair and glasses facing the camera at the left was my late teacher Francis Chan (3:45). He was a founding member of the HK Yiquan Society and founded the Canada Yiquan Society. His Yiquan came from both Han brothers. I wrote a book last year on his art, but I did not know where his dragon stance came from until I got to 8:11 of your video. Thanks a million.

@@authentickungfu7910 Another very important person is the one in black (7:00). He is Ian Fok and his dad built the bridge that connected HK to the mainland during China's opening up. The family also donated a swimming pool for the Olympic site as well. Using his family's enormous political clout, he was able to move Han Xingqiao from Xinjiang to Guangdong and helped him set up shop. My teacher and another founding member of the society also offered extensive help in this endeavor, which probably explained the unusually close relationship my teacher had with the senior Han.

At 6:08ff., the translation says the touching point is the elbow, but in this situation it is rather the wrist, I would say. I'm just not sure whether I'm understanding correctly what it is spoken about. As far as I can see it she touches the man with her wrist. Or does she deliver her energy via her elbow although touching with her wrist? That's my question. Thanks.

No, my friend, touching point is the forearm where is close to the elbow, it is not the wrist, my friend that is a basic principle, that way you can have a strong leverage. Keep your wrist flexible will help you to deliver your power completely, to prevent your power stop at your wrist.

Lechatnoir it is similar but not equal my friend. They have different features though they are similar.
