I find since the game has been made for arena that the pro players make a lot more mistakes. could this be due to game design and the increase of effects and triggers on cards?

MTG was made before arena haha. What d oyou mean was made for arena? there has always been many triggers and mechanics..

​​@@TheWhiteWolf2077 i think they mean that since triggers are so automatic and play so fast on Arena, it might lend to sloppier play. But also there are way more cards with way more effects now, MOM is the wordiest standard set ever. So i think it's more about that than Arena.

i feel like arena is really good at teaching people the game just last weekend someone tried to tell me that i cant fiery temper of crucias trigger because he thought madness triggers before the treasure comes into play.. arena wouldve solved that without me forcing the dude to google.

I can see that honestly, they get so used to auto triggers and playing faster that stuff could slip the mind. It kind of makes a little sense.

Yes they 100% print cards knowing that most players play on arena and the wall of text and triggers will not be a problem on there.
