Yiyibyus Diesel motor. Injector pump shims Delete! Maxing out the RPMS 

Do I Kill this China Diesel with my Tomfoolery? watch me get this engine to max out in my driveway. "Driveway Revs"
1.We take the injector pump out and remove all the shims for driveway fun!
2.We bypass the throttle spring and what I think bypasses the Governor!
What does removing the shims do? I suspect it brings the pump closer to the cam lobe and in turns more fuel. 2. I think it might change the timing just a click or two.. again I’m an amateur trying to finger things out
