What I mean by insults was them saying "we don't care about his airline" and "that's enough old man". See they might come off as just a little rude, but they're also shoving their hands at his face and cutting him off mid sentence. All of those rude little gestures that they're doing on purpose would come off as insulting to most people. I don't know about you, but if someone shoved a hand in my face without even making eye contact basically telling me to shut up when I'm answering a question THEY asked, I'd be a bit insulted lol. He just smiles through the whole thing.
