Just wanted to show everyone what my room in employee housing at the YMCA of Rockies looks like. I'm very happy with it and the Wifi situation. And if anyone from work is watching I was totally joking about breaking the dresser...

@@TimothyWard people are afraid of taking the leap. And then on top of that a lot of people already have children so they find it harder 2 take that step forward into this nomadic lifestyle with their child. But hey they can live vicariously through us LOL.

I love the room and view!! I would move the table near the window so you can sit and look at view whenever you’re eating or working on videos.. put the chest by the other one if they won’t remove it..

Great room and view, exactly what you need now!I will be never give up to ask you to eat better, more fresh and healthy food.If you do that, problably you won't need suplements until you are really old and your body stops absorving vitamins well.But it is difficult to eat healthy when one person can not prepare the meals like you and in this case suplements are the answer.I wish you all the best, take care!

There is no TV. Even the lodge rooms and most of the cabins don't have TVs. I think they want you to get out and enjoy Nature when you are here instead of being couped up inside watching TV lol.

Definitely! Summer time is super busy here so they are always looking for good employees during the summer months.

That phone belongs in a museum somewhere 😂 Do you pay for employee housing? Decent size room & great view! Do they offer food too? You don't have a little kitchen, only side. Your doing well. I have so many friends who say they can't find a job here and I tell them to stop bullshitting me lol.

Room and board is included but the starting pay for seasonal staff is a little low because the room/board is part of your compensation. Yes, you are provided 3 meals a day.

The get meals in the cafeteria and there is a general store on the grounds for snacks. There is also a little cafe that sells coffee and snacks as well.

May i know what is your average working hours there ? Because im gonna work there in food service departments. Is it possible for me to work for 40-50hours in a week ?

40 hours a week is average I would say, but sometimes there is over time and you can work more hours

hi there. may I know is the work and travel programme students who choose to apply for a job at YMCA the Rockies, will they be receiving same housing like you or it will probably be shared room with double decker bed and without a bathroom in their housing unit?

I think they will be in a room with bunk beds.
