@levidestin6783 That's big cap. Looks can be gained by simply maximizing your potential. Working out alone has a huge impact on your overall looks including making your face look better, finding a hairstyle that hides or enhances facial features, having a skin care routine to combat any skin imperfections you may have, and cleaning your your eyebrows and beard. Everyone is born with different potentials but not everyone takes care of themselves enough to maximize it. Also I don't believe in mewing or bonesmashing but self care is definetly important.
YO chico. I love the podcast already. As someone who wants to be the best version of himself physically and mentally, this was great. SyrianPsycho as a guest would be interesting if you could get in contact with him. He can basically guide you through the terms/slang we use.

People seriously underestimate the transformative power of self-care and a little bit of style... a diamond doesn't look like a diamond when it's uncut and rough, but is one of the most beautiful things in the world with just a bit of polishing (and it would look even better with a nice ring to put it in) 😀
