Today, Rabia and I build a hazard stack Hyper Offense featuring a pokemon new to the NU tier, Deoxys-Defense! Other promiment members of the team are Tornadus to punish defog, Chandelure to block rapid spin, and Dragon Dance Scrafty, to knock off items and sweep!
