In this video I show you how to optimise your Wordpress website using Yoast SEO. With Yoast SEO it becomes easy to optimise your website. We will talk about configuring your website with the plugin, setup titles and meta descriptions for your pages and blogposts, link your website with Google and Bing and more. The second part of the tutorial I show you how to optimise your page or post for readability and visibility in Google.
Keep in mind that Yoast SEO is not a magic tool that will bring your website to page 1 on every search you wish. But it will definitely help you to be found better in the search enginges!

hi, thanks for your tutorial. There's something missing in my Yoast setting. At time 11.12 of your video, you show how to set SEO TITLE - insert snippet variable. But that part of the setting, and 'meta description box' too is missing in my Yoast version (13.2 ), or perhaps I have to set before something else to let this settings (both SEo Tiltle and Me description) appear? Thanks a lot!

Hello Ferdy, thank you for your helpful tutorial! I am still quite unsure about one thing: When I try to paste the meta tags into the verification codes, there is always an error. It says "403 Forbidden" by Wordfence. Should I just click on "whitelist this action" or is it dangerous to do that? Thanks so much for your help!
