@Thomas Clark Sigh. A couple of things. First, Balance means killing off the sith. Not only does lucas confirm this but it is logical because the sith aren't just about using the dark side, they seek to shackle the force itself. Left unchecked they could almost achieve it but always with disastrous consequences. Second, a slightly corrupt order didn't need a purge it needed reform. There's no need for yoda to let thousands of jedi knights die, which leads me to my final point. Yoda *cannot* see everything. The vision does not show sidious face and obscures the clones. All yoda knows is that something bad is gonna hit the jedi but not by who or exactly when. That's why he does not act on this revelation. He has no idea who sidious is and he's only learning that dooku isn't actually the dark lord but his apprentice.
THIS is the embodiment of the balance of the force. Both sides were equally dogmatic and at risk of destroying each other. You cannot have good without bad, life without death. "For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction." Yoda went to the physical manifestation of The Foce on Dagobah (AKA Life) and was given the gift of seeing how good and bad always ultimately cancel each other out. As either side becomes more dogmatic and reactionary the other does the same. Life (The Force) demands a balance of good and bad. One must exist for the other to survive. Ponder it.
@@willhuey4891 that's how Yoda knew what Luke was going to witness when he went into the cave. He experienced it teice. Once for the ultimate vision of Balance of the Force and the other to face his own Dark Side manifestation of himself.
It's very emotional seeing some of the greatest peacekeepers of the order fighting together for their lives. Namely Luminara, Plo Koon, Windu, Obi Wan, and Koth. I got chills.
I love how they used palpatines theme from episode 6,the deleted scene of shak ti's death in the Jedi temple, the palpatine's scream before killing buncha jedi masters and and especially Anakin's "I HATE YOU"
I think the first part where all of the Jedi are killing the clones is what would've happened if Yoda told them about Order 66 and the Jedi would've survived but Yoda didn't do anything as he thought it was the way of the force
Cobra Shadowz not really. It's like being in a game of chess. Imagine the clones as pawns with the with being the black side. Then one day, all the pawns turn black too. Like yea, there's a super small chance that the white side might survive, but even if they survived the clones' betrayal, they'd have to also explain why they attacked clones, kill the chancellor, explain that, and still defeat the CIS. And without the army, the cis would win. It was basically checkmate.
@@artoriasjim9638 yes. It was always going to play out this way. Perhaps all of the Jedi rushing in was a manifestation of the Battle of Geonosis. The hint that the Jedi were going to be thrust beyond their means of intergalactic peacekeepers and forced to become military generals: harbingers of death in their own right. At the time it seemed justified but it was The Force forcing a correction one way or another. Thus the Light is corrupted just as the Dark is corrupted.
@@gregfaber3417Light side is not the original idea of the Force. The Force itself is Light and Life and complete in itself. Jedi are just being too dogmatic and complacent and ignorant. Watch the Original Trilogy, there's only the Dark Side mentioned.
What a scene ! Just so much goosebumps. TCW series is just amazingly done. The graphics and the musics just gives it a remarkable tone. Love how there is dark and light in this episode.
Ignoring the fact that the Clone Army was specifically requested and created by the Sith behind the scenes with the goal always in sight of using them against the Jedi, and Sidious orchestrating both sides of the Clone Wars, but sure Jedi are the bad guys
I wanna set everything straight on Shaak Ti's Death 1. The Deleted Scene with Grevious Star Wars deleted that scene with Grevious, so now it's not canon. Simple as that 2. Anakin killing Shaak Ti off/Yoda's Vision Star Wars (Again!) deleted that scene with Shaak Ti, but I will discuss more later. 3. The Force Unleashed Death Due to Disney making EU Non-Canon, TFU1 and 2 and no longer canon anymore, meaning that Shaak Ti's Survival on Felucia and Death are only Legends Now back to Yoda's Vision, It is unclear if Shaak Ti died from Anakin, because in Yoda's Vision, few things in his vision never happened in the Star Wars Universe. But only things that were confirmed to be canon( TCW, Movies, canon Comics) So it is a mystery what happened to Ti, either she died by Anakin, or something else.. I personally think she died from Anakin, but I did think she died from Starkiller in TFU, until Disney made the EU Non-Canon and turned most of them into Legends. So for now, Anakin killed Shaak Ti
Khameleon 8 I know but the visions still have a jist of why happened. Windu dies in the vision. It shows the Jedi attacking the clones as a metaphor that both attacked each other throughout the Galaxy. And the duel with sidious the other Jedi died. It shows Shaka ti die by a blue blade. We can confirm she dies for sure. I'm pretty sure it is by a blue blade. Grevious or anikan. I like to think anikan did it just because lots of Jedi died there
0:20, people wonder what happened to Eeth Koth, but that wasn't him, it was Jedi Master Agen Kolar, and Saesee Tiin doesn't have a blue lightsaber. He is supposed to have green. But Mace Windu and Kit Fisto die by Sidious too
I like it how people complain Yoda did nothing to prevent this. You can't prevent a force vision from happening it will always happen. It's the very reason why Padme still died Anakin did everything he could but it still did not matter
And that's why Darth Traya, although non canon, hated the Force. The Force dictates everything, making things happen that shouldn't, and in the end, balance always binds everything back together. The prophecy of the Chosen One was completely irrelevant until Anakin came along. Until Luke came along. Until Rey came along. The Force itself always lets balance and chaos coexist, while certain events repeat themselves in a poetic manner that is unhealthy for the galaxy, and can't be prevented.
A lot of people wonder why Yoda pretty much kept these visions of the future to himself, or seemingly so. Well, that was probably the only thing he could do. Too often do those who walk the path to change destiny often find themselves meeting it, instead. Perhaps there was a way, of course, but the worst thing you can do is charge head-on. The lighter approach gives a chance, but it’s still only a chance.
If u imagine emperor palpatine as disney and yoda as the fans then yoda foresaw disney buying starwars! When the jedi are chopping up the clones, think of the jedi as disney and the clones as the now non cannon EU! All the pain and suffering u hear is the starwars fans going through this transition. Just think about it...
@@samanosuke4851 Sure, the EU had it's flaws but it did have some good things like original thrawn trilogy, the old republic, and some other things I'm too lazy to list. I mean it was 30 years worth of star wars content written and made by different people, so you could expect it to contradict some of the other stuff or something not be as good as the other stuff. My point though is that the EU isn't totally bad.
It’s so sad and horrible to look at those tragic visions. Does Yoda even realize all those visions are true? Personally if Yoda had been ahead of this and told the Jedi council about it when he got back to Coruscant this never would’ve happened.
At this point they have all the pieces to uncover 66 which is what makes it so annoying they now know dooku is the apprentice. Dooku is tyranis. They know sifo and dooku created the clones and that the Sith must have a plot. Now go back to the fives' arc where he uncovers a hidden chip in their heads. He says this chip can make the clones do whatever somebody does even kill the jedi. now if they pit this together it could be assumed this was the sith plot. Fives also mentioned that palpatine was involved and even though he is dead, parts of this info were passed onto both anakin and shaak ti, respectable jedi. Yoda saw sidious in his vision and judging be his chin he is an old wrinkly dude similar to palpatine and now the puzzle is complete and anakin had not yet been seduced by sidious' power and so he would not be their to save him if the same events unfold.order 66 would have been stopped and anakin may have become a jedi master. Sad episode 3 already existed.
Well I know that anakin led the 501st into the Jedi temple ... but correct me if I’m wrong.. but um, 0:15 is that anakin on the very left side helping them against the clones or is that just another Jedi somewhat built like him? I feel like I’m on cocaine or something lmao because I hear him yelling “ I hate you “ “ Liar “ and also penetrating shaak ti with a lightsaber 😭 so that really wouldn’t make sense if that is Anakin helping them against the clones.
It's like the complete opposite of the prequels. Visually this scene looks horrible because it doesn't look very realistic and Palpatine laughing looks comical but everything else is just .. amazing.
Mace windu season 7 of clone wars: I sense a plot to destroy the jedi anakin: is it to late to say that I saw on mortis me turning to the dark side: windu: no why did you not tell us this anakin: I was to busy watching the clone wars
Light-Dark dichotomy is not the original idea of the Force. The Force itself is light and life. Jedi are just too extreme at being unbiased, blind patience and complacent (Their heart are still selfless and good tho) The Dark side is the shadow that gnaws and corrupts life. It violates nature and selfish.
And thus Yoda: the most powerful Light Side user was shown the way that Balance to the Force was always going to play out. Both the Jedi and Sith were the extremes and ultimately each living entity of either side at its current manifestation was ultimately killed off. First the Jedi in their most dogmatic form, then the Sith (via the Empire) in THEIR most dogmatic form
Shaak Ti dies in a deleted scene by being killed by Grievous, than the same with a deleted scene for order 66. She dies in Force unleashed again, and finally, is shown to really die at the hand of Anakin while praying.... how sad
Sidious killing the jedi here is more badass than what actually happened in the film. But crazy to think that episode 3 pretty much was a regular episode of the clone wars up until anakin's fall
