May I make a suggestion? Please watch The Clone Wars in chronological order and not release? It will flow better way better and definitely a better experience! You can find the right order online if you just look up "Star wars the clone wars chronological order". Thank you!
Temuera Morrison (from Attack of the Clones & Revenge of the Sith) was the "original" clone trooper and since he was from New Zealand he has a kiwi accent. With this show the voice actor for the clones (Dee Bradley Baker) emulated that accent to stay in tune with the original material. So every single clone trooper will have the New Zealand accent lol
Well Baker was supposed to go with the Kiwi accent in the show but he went with the Australian accent, which is why the clones sound Australian instead
@@svkviper as an australian i dont hear them as sounding australian they all have different accents from all over with a little kiwi in there sure some sound australian which imo makes baker a master voice actor
I think this is a good compromise, but you have to add Season 7 ep 9-12 to their list. You could make the case for other arcs as well, but to me this is the one missing from their curated list that is an absolute travesty. The showrunner (Dave Filoni) brought the series back 6 YEARS after it was unceremoniously canceled to finish the story. Edit: Just watched the reaction. The fact the you already pick up on the fact that the clone troopers have individual identities and thoughts, and that you empathize with them is very cool!
Dee Bradley Baker, who voices all of the Clone Troopers (along with several other characters), is attempting an accent similar to the New Zealand accent of Temuera Morrison, who played Jango Fett/the Clone Troopers in Episodes II and III.
Psyched you’re doing Clone Wars! “A surprise to be sure, but a welcome one!” I would defo recommend watching them in chronological order though, not in release order (there are lists online you can easily find)
Dee Bradley Baker is the one who voiced all the clones in all of Star Wars animation. The accent he uses for them is Kiwi (New Zealander) since Temeura Morrison is Kiwi as well.
I've just seen what Disney chose as essential episodes and it does NOT include like 6 of 8 best arcs in the show that pretty much everyone agrees on. Additionally you absolutely should react to : S3 Eps 12 to 17 S4 Eps 7 to 10 S6 Eps1 to 4 and 10 to 13 S7 Eps 9 to 12 (Season 5 episodes are already on Disney's list)
don’t know how far you’re currently into this series, but as others have already said i really suggest to jump back to follow the chronological order, it’s never too late. You could then still skip the episodes you already watched anyway
Omg yes Clone wars reactions this is amazing. Whenever I see another clone wars reaction channel I’m happy now I’m definitely gonna follow your entire journey in this show. S1 is a bit stale and has a few episodes hard to get through in terms of quality but the rest afterwards only get better and better with each season. I’m definitely subscribing for this. :)
I literally just did the same thing also for the first time, only the disney+ recommended clone wars episodes lol never watched clone wars before, however I went one step further and I recommend you do too, that is once you get to season 7, watch the whole season
Emme! You should also watch the clone wars movie that’s on Disney+ because it’s a great introductory to the series that introduces you to the new characters in the show!
Yes! You have started Clone Wars! Asaaj Ventriss (Dooku’s paduwan) is one of my favorite characters. You are going to be introduced to some amazing and memorable characters!
And so the journey begins!!! And yes, you should look up the order online. This show is made up of many, many, MANY small story arcs....2-3 episode stories. So you'll want to watch them in their proper order. There is also a Clone Wars movie.
Before you get too far into the series on your own time, the Clone Wars cartoon actually starts with a feature length animated movie. It introduces one of the series’ main characters. Check out the Clone Wars cartoon movie. It would be fun to see you react to it, but definitely check it out on your own time if not.
@@emme Yes! It´s really important to find out about Ahsoka, she´s Yoda´s hopeful way to teach Anakin about ´dettachment´, also if he was ready to become a master and most important, to help him stay in the light side.
@@emme excellent! Please give us a mini review of some of the story arcs in between the ones you’re reacting to. I’d be interested to know your opinion Nothing super in-depth, unless you wanted to. A few sentences summarizing what you thought.
I agree that this might be the best way to watch it, but I just looked in the essential playlist, and idk why they aren’t there, but S3 E1, S4 E7-10, and S6 E1-4 are definitely worth reacting to on the channel!
Important to know Dave Filoni is the Executive Creator of the Clone Wars. He and George Lucas worked together for Years on the Series and Dave became George's Heir Apprentice. You will hear Dave Filoni's Name attached to many Great Star Wars Content. Watch in chronological order, it will make sense later.
Yes! So glad you started this wonderful show! Nice reaction! As others said, chronological order makes so much sense, but since you're already in season 3, maybe you will save it for a second watch, lol. The episodes that are recommended in D+ are the ones needed for a better enjoyment of the then upcoming season 7. I love that you're watching it all, as I think you should, just because it's so good. Well, there are some episodes that are not great but still watchable, at least for the first time. Rebels is a must, glad you're going for it, too. And, about the watch order for the shows, I'd vote for release order, except for the ones you've already seen, but, hey, watching them is what really matters!
The Disney playlist is missing episodes that would make for amazing reactions. At the very least you should react to the last 4 episodes of season 7, as it's right up there with the best stuff from the movies.
Great reaction, I'am so happy, that you started the Clone wars I recommend you to make this series reaction "one video for 4-5 episodes" or "one video for arc" Or reaction to the best arcs to Clone wars is also a good way to make this reaction
Star Wars: The Clone Wars was how I got into Star Wars. I was in 4th grade and channel surfing when I came across the last few minutes of the second episode of this season. I've been hooked ever since. •That is Asajj Ventress, the Sith Assassin of Count Dooku and basically his apprentice. If you ever watch the Star Wars: Clone Wars micro-series (in a more Samurai Jack-style animation from 2003), she first appeared there and then again in the 2008 The Clone Wars film that kicked off this series. •So in homage to Temurea Morrison, who is Maori and played Jango Fett and the clones in the Prequel Trilogy, Dee Bradley Baker speaks in a New Zealand accent. There is a difference between an Australian and New Zealand accent, but I can't tell you what it is. •The Battle Droids provide a lot of the comedic relief of the series and the first few seasons have most of it. This episode in particular is comedic gold. •Yoda in this series is the balance between him in the Prequel and Original Trilogies. •There are places where you can get a lightsaber. Recently, I've been seeing a lot of ads for Ultra Sabers. •That's a LAAT/i Gunship, which were seen in both Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith.
I wish we had gotten to see more of Yoda's cheekiness in the prequel trilogy. But that was more about the rise and fall of Anakin, and his experiences with the council at large weren't very pleasant.
Yoda when he talks to Luke about the force in A New Hope. Judge me not by my size should not. For the force is a powerful ally. That is what you might be wanting to say.
Strap in its a long ride but the pay off is totally worth it! I’d love to hear your favorite moments from the other episodes you don’t show. It’s a lot to edit so we get the need to abbreviate.
FYI in the books to Revenge of the sith by Matt Stover Darth Sidious was terrified of a dark side Yoda given how powerful he is in the light side of the force. And thought Yoda would be unstoppable.
I see clone wars I subscribe. But I recommend watching them in chronological order. Some of the earlier episodes (S1-S3) are kinda random so you might get confused a bit.
He said join the separate test and join the Republic my enemies. Brian will say no I don’t want to join the enemy this separate test. Republic is my favorite.
Hi! I only watched Star Wars reactions, but maybe when I will watch Stranger things himself,I promise I will watch yours reactions first!) You really cute and fun and I am enjoying your reactions ! This is really a great show and you will totally liked it,you said that you want to see more Obi Wan and believe me these series will reveal a lot about him and his past(about Anakin too btw),also there will be a lot of great new characters ! Enjoy !
I mean, theyre clones, so theyre voiced by the same person thus they all have the same accent I guess 😅 but yes you are correct the voice actor for clones in this series is Dee Bradley Baker and even though hes not Australian and the clones in the prequels had the Kiwi accent, he changed it up for some reason and he went for the Australian accent instead lol
@@onemoreminute0543 yes but what i meant by that is that they have the same voice actor and that voice actor has a certain accent which he uses for all clones
The Clone Troopers you see in this episode are apart of the Coruscant Guard a division of elite clone shock troopers organized to serve as a military police force and protect the Galactic Republic capital planet of Coruscant. These troopers would also accompany senator's mostly on diplomatic missions like we see in this episode. The Clones in this episode are Lieutenant Thire including shock troopers Jek and Rys. You first would've seen Shock Troopers in Revenge of the Sith (Clones who wore Red makings on their Phase 2 armour) they were the clones who found Anakin's burnt body and were seen in the senate looking for Yoda after his battle with the Emperor.
I wish that she had started with the pilot movie that takes place right before season 1 episode 1. The Clone Wars movie introduced Ahsoka Tano and seeing her first appearance is very important
😍great choice! For me, this is the best of star wars. You can react to several episodes at once, like a movie. I hope we get to see you enjoy this masterpiece till the end. May the force be with you.
The clones always seem to steal the spotlight of the series. And you have to remember, they were cloning them from Django Fett who you met in Episode 2 and has an Aussie (actually New Zealand) accent. So yeah, they all look the same and sound alike. But the VA for the clones is fucking BRILLIANT and is able to add different tones, inflection, and speed while maintaining the overall accent to like HUNDREDS of different clones over the course of the series. I'm not sure which episodes are in that essentials playlist. But I hope that Disney+ has done a good job of hitting all the really important arcs. I'm sure they're going to introduce you to all the key players going forward but does it also do other important arcs?
Given the future plan to only have a reaction for the "essential" episodes, and watch the rest on your own time, would you be willing to give your brief thoughts on those episodes within upcoming videos (based on whenever you watched them)?
@@emme Thanks for the response. I enjoyed watching your reaction video a lot, and I thought your comments about Dee Bradley Baker's Australian accent were really funny 😁
Enjoying watching someone react to starwars from this perspective. At this point in history i don’t think it’s required to start with the OG trilogy anymore as long as you do eventually watch them. Looking forward to the next one
Your commentary is hilarious. Love your videos. Clone Wars episodes makes Anakin a whole lot more likable and less cringy too. Can't wait for your future reactions!
You should watch Star Wars Rebels after you finish clone wars. It shows you what happened to the Clone Wars characters after the Clone Wars and even the Kenobi characters after Kenobi. You should watch the essential episodes before you start Rogue One and the Original Trilogy
I would highly recommend you refer to a essential episodes list from Reddit or somewhere rather than Disney+ they leave allot of the best stuff out on their playlist, and consider doing the same with Star Wars Rebels as certain events from that show become relevant in other shows such as Mandalorian and some upcoming stuff
Have you seen the Clone Wars animated movie? It kind of prequel for the whole series and sets it up. I also recommend to watch the episodes in chronological order, but I know it is a bit of hassle and I think the release order is quite fine, though you might get lost few times in the timelines. There is handy recap at the beginning of the episodes, so it is hard to be completely lost. I do not think you need to react to every episode, it is just good to watch them all, so you are in the known for the ones you react to. There are some important stories that carry over to other Star wars shows.
watch the movie before you see episode 2. Or else you will be very confused. The episodes are also out of chronological order. There are lists online that can tell you the correct way to watch the episodes
Has she seen the Clone Wars movie? I think she said in the comments somewhere that she's already in S3. Nothing too exciting there but it is the first meeting of Snips and Skyguy
@@hardcase-69 no way, clone wars is cheesy at times in early seasons, but rebels is just way too childish and kinda hard to watch because of that, its made by disney and aimed for a really young audience.
Jango fett from clone wars has the same accent.. just not quite as strong.. the clones are all the same but have their own personalities.. you will really fall in love with the clones....
For the people that have watched all the episodes like myself , do u recommend Disney’s essential eps they’ve listed ? Wanted to do a Star Wars marathon with the fam lol
Have you watched the clone wars animated movie? Chronologically, it takes place just before the series and introduces the main character of clone wars.
Emme maybe you can react by arcs. I saw one guy react that way and it goes by pretty fast. That way you'll share your full experience with your audience. Just a thought.
I also understand and I totally agree, not every episode is worth the recording and the editing and there are episodes you should really skip but There are really essential andimportant episodes that you should react and put on youtube, trust me the Disney Plus Recommendation is not the best list. There are better list out there in the chronoligical order of course.
Wait have you watched the clone wars animated movie yet? It's an hour 40 minutes? I think you need to watch that first if you haven't. That's where we meet Ashoka for the first time and she's very important to Anakins storyline
Season 1 isn’t the greatest but you gotta get through it. Clone wars is amazing and definitely some of the best Star Wars content full stop (definite must watch). Also chronologically would be the best order to follow. Looking forward to seeing your journey in this franchise xD
It's not included in the essentials episode list but here are some other episodes that are definitely important to the show Season 4 Eps 7-8 Season 6 Eps 1-4 Season 7 Eps 9-12 I have no clue why they aren't on the list but those episodes are definitely important and I'd like to see your reactions to those ones
Yeah it's so weird that Disney hasn't put any of that especially the literal final arc of the show on their "essential" episodes list. I just find the essential episode list to be really bad, I'd never recommend anyone to follow that list, and there are episodes that are left out that I feel are essential to the episodes on Disney's list. The essential episode list should just be the whole show in chronological order. Watching a TV show but skipping episodes just seems so dumb to me, especially when it's like over 80% of the show that's skipped like with the Clone Wars essential list.
