They Leave Parcels Anywhere They Like.. They Normally Knock The Door So Hard And If You Don't Answer In That Split Second They Have Already Fucked Off With Your Parcel To A Random Neighbour, Then You End Up Playing " Catch The Parcel "
Yodel messed up my last delivery. It arrived at the local depot and was not despatched for delivery it just stayed there for almost a week. I was refunded by the seller. I absolutely hate this company and i wish sellers would not give them the business as they have an awful reputation.
When I saw Yodel had a package coming from America I absolutely crapped myself but shockingly enough they actually rang my door, correct address and everything, no 'ninja posting' thank god. So it's 1/1 for me
Some of those companies are terrible, really takes the piss, we some here that leave the package on the door steep, knock and run off before you answer, or just leave it without even knocking on a door step that anyone could run in garden and nick. Glad you found it in the end.
I am absolutely gobsmacked at how bad the delivery service with Yodel is... This isn't the first or even the 6th separate occasion that Yodel have failed to 'find my property' even though every other delivery service seems to manage it!! The last time I used the service my parcels were 'lost in transit' and this time they couldn't find my property at first attempt, on the second attempt they apparently left a calling card despite 3 of us being in the house at the time and no attempt was even made (later that evening I attempted to change the address but was faced with a website error, the chat was down and the call centre was closed...) how can you run a delivery company like this when you lie to your customers and can't even find a long established address... Absolutely disgraceful service... Even talking to their call centre agents, they cant even put me through to a manager!!
Probably because the trackers are pretty bad even when they're working. I was often sent down the wrong street when I was there. Unless you know the area intimately or have been down a specific road that is hard to find before, you end up putting it down as an address issue because you get a very short time to complete each delivery and spending more than a minute or so means you start making other outside the time window and that's all they seem to care about. When you get back, they check exactly where you've been, how long each delivery took, how long it took you to get to the next one and surprisingly, the signatures you got. As long as you don't bring back too much, they don't care.
Delivery firms bloody annoy me . We have a 'couple or three' have a bad habit of just prewriting damn cards then sneaking in and posting them without knocking. It's quicker , I guess. Then there is the 24/48 hour/next day delivery paid for and it arrives gods know when . Isn't it a pain when the sender over tapes/packs stuff and you have to fight your way in :D ...
At least now I have set up the 2 sets of broken poles for my Aldi cheapo mean greenie, hopefully it lasts this year out, once I get the knots out of it...
same with my ps5 ive contact game to change it back to royal mail as it was previously royal mail that was to send it. every time yodel was used my packages where damaged and yodel centre is a good 10 miles a way and royal mail 2 mins away
As I can see in your video and the way you explain it I can tell you few things : 1: packing is made by your sender. 2: When Yodel is doing a delivery, you get an email explain when and where that was made ( how you know that was your name and signature done ??? how you know that ? by getting an email no???? pricccccckkkkk - all fukkkkiing UK customers those day like to ONLY COMPLAIN to get they'r money back and....specially those day's with COVID, more opportunities!!! STOP fucking play with couriers life ... go out on the road to see how is to deliver 100+ stops a day and make everyone happy !!! can you ? Idiot .... be happy that your parcel is there and no other place like Hermes does !!!!
