Yoga Chakra Raga Sagara
His Holiness Sri Ganapati Sachchidananda Swamiji has been a leading light in the propagation and formulation of Music for healing purposes. Sri Swamiji's music is soothing, relaxing and yet amazingly articulate and complex. Sri Swamiji is credited as one of the foremost composers of Bhajans and music compositions. The year 2007 marked 20 years of His contribution to meditation and healing music. As part of the 20th Jubilee year concert series, a special music program was held in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on 5th January 2008.
More than 30 thousand devotees participated in this concert and listened to the sublime music of Sri Swamiji. The main rendition was "Yoga Chakra Raga Sagara" comprising of ix Ragas: Lalita, Chandrajyoti, Sreeranjani, Hamsanandi, Amari, and Malayamarutam - corresponding to the six Chakras in the body, namely Muladhara, Swadhishthana, Manipuraka, Anahata, Vishuddha and Ajna.
The soul-touching and soul-lifting vibrations emanating from Sri Swamiji's synthesizer left the audience completely absorbed in peace, tranquility and bliss of the Self. The esoteric nature of the music and its truly meaningful universality is being presented in this video album.
