Oh my ! Transitioning back into running season means right quads , inner things, low back and glutes for me. These practices are a God Send. Tonight being one of the best for deep stretch yet. Thank you ! Igniting the pelvic floor with breath and engaging core when I wouldn't have before !

Thank you for these videos! I was wondering if you have any recommendations of how to do the last exercises for those of us who have pain/discomfort lying on our fronts. 16:47

You are welcome! Glad you are enjoying them! For the last exercise if it's laying flat that is uncomfortable this could always be done over an exercise ball or standing, but only kicking 1 leg back at a time as modifications.
