Hansaji. I have diabeties and i have been doing these asanas for the past 1 month. It is actually very affective in my glucose control. My blood sugar gets high really rarely. THANKYOU

I am diabetic since 2018 and 70 years old From this video - you ask to sit on heals. I am having lumber prolapse in three places and can't sit on the floor and get up easily. You ask to sit on heals which is impossible for me. Kindly guide me what to do.

Namaste. Its important to check your energy levels and listen to your body. You can do all the asanas as long as your body allows you and does not feel tired because of fasting.

Namaste, simple extension of the bhujangasana is the dhanurasana or the bow pose. This pose is great for stretching your upper and lower body. Stretching is a great way to relax your body and bring your blood pressure under control. It directly affects glucose levels and also increases insulin secretion. It also helps to reduce body mass index and waist fat. As Dhanurasana stimulates the liver and pancreas, it is beneficial for the management of diabetes.
