I have been doing meditation for many years and these yoga sometimes without knowing anything about this.. My chakras got opened... I now understand the importance of these yoga and its role.. Thank you so much mam..🙏 Please guide me mam, after opening up of Sahasrahara, where should I focus my consciousness? (I reach sahasarahara breathing after few minutes of my meditation). How to reach samadhi? Your reply will be of immense help to me..
