Today is my 2nd day period and I must say its very terrible 😔😖 I was rely on my painkiller but its not much effective pls advice me what to eat to stop these painful cramps?
Seeing other females here suffering during menstruation is somewhat comforting me, not that knowing you are suffering is a good thing but to know that I am not the only one suffering. I have painful menstruation too. We are all in this together, let's survive monthly ~♥~
I read somewhere in another RU-vid's comments video on the same subject, it prepare us for birth labor. However I don't believe every women whom suffer period cramp wants or will have kid(s).
I personally have bad period cramps and the first day I always lay in bed crying, trying not to die, it's my first day again, I was laying and tried to do this and it helps, thank you
Besides yoga you can smash some 1inch of ginger properly,take 1cup of warm water.put the ginger paste into it,one pinch of salt and stir.stain it and drink this water in the morning 🙂 after some time you will see the magic 👍👍Do it only when you are in pain👌👌
I felt so much pain the whole day to the point where I couldn’t even move without shaking. During my first day I always experience severe lower back pain, abdomen pain, and nausea. After doing these I was so surprised because I could finally move! Thanks a lot. :)
I don't think I would be that brave. I already have to move around when I am in serious pain. For me it make it worst. Lay down, medication and ice (when I'm lucky) work. Those hacks won't help at all.
Does it really work??because period is a nightmare to me..1st day i screamed with pain..5/6 hours.. And after that pain drops..then 12 hours later i again feel pain..it is just intolerable.
Today I had the worst cramps of my life, I thought I will die out of this abdominal pain which was unprecedented for me. I donot take medicines, so I had to do something about it. I searched for various videos but found it really uncomfortable to do childpose and other poses as shown. Then I found this video, simple and effective. Immediately after performing the second exercise followed by the first one, I could feel some relaxation (both mentally and physically), there was immediate withdrawal of tension in my pelvic and abdominal area. By the video got over my pain was cured 80%. After that I used the washroom, had one warm glass of water with few Ajwain seeds(carrom seeds) and slept for half an hour. I am writing this after 6 hours and I am completely fine. Yoga helps a lot better than taking those pain killers. I owe my life to this girl.

Take meds.. Dont kill yoursel4 with paid for practicing a child birth only. You're a human to.. Not just borne for birthing babies comfortably.. Live your life comfortably instead..
Period cramps as YOU described above... Needs medical attention. And it's okay to take medications. I have visited around 10 gynecologist who don't know sometimes more than me. You said I will die out of abdominal pain. I guess you were exaggerating so very much... Its fine then.. I am using meftal as a med. And it works well and if your gynec is telling you to bear pain for 720 cramps in your life for giving one time C section (mostly) comfortably.. Then she or he is thinking of you more as a mother since you started bleeding than a human whi deserves painless months. Its my personal suggestion and observation.. There is no study that proves that not taking meds is some Good thing for later... Mothering times... Also gynecs have myths too. This is, a myth. Please comfort yourself when you feel unbearable pain. You don't need a labour pain to justify period cramps... Either way in birthing, you have to take Anesthesia... You're human... Not hulk.

Got my period today, menstrual cramps so bad that I haven't experienced ever. Was almost at the point of fainting, then thought to search yoga videos to help with pain. This was so helpful. First 5 mins were tough but then I felt sudden relief of pain. Specially the second yoga pose was so good. Thank you so much.
To every girl out there going through this pain dear god you’re not alone some things that help me a lot is extended child pose is amazing for period cramps, also warm showers/baths, heating pads, over the counter medicine, going to the bathroom, and walking helps and i know when you’re on your period all u want to do is curl into a ball and die but walking is proven to help cramps trust me it works

Oh my God oh my God oh my God.. I was literally scrolling in my bed due to period cramps I took paracetamol, drink warm fluids and nothing changed.. I was so desperate that I looked for "yoga postion to relieve period cramps" and I decided to do this on my bed .. I just finished and I'm blown away..the pain now is like 70% less! You are amazing thank you so much.

@@tanishapaul8430 I'm so sorry to hear that.. sever menustral pain can be a symptom of alot of gynecological conditions as endometriosis, ovarian cyst,premenstrual syndrome etc.. if it's uendurable to that limit I recommend going to the ER and asking for intramuscular pain killers it's the best in releaving period pain..I would also recommend doing a checkup visit to a gynecologist..I hope you get better soon
Been 30yrs of tolerating severe cramps. Been on Homeopathy, Ayurvedic treatment, gave a normal child birth, and many painkiller tablets yet nothing really worked in the long run. Just last month during my periods i came across this video and tried and it was miraculous but i thought maybe it was the painkiller, so tried this right now this month without any drug. THESE TOTALLY WORK LIKE NOTHING ELSE. I am left gasping for breath during these days and to be able to walk around during my regular chores is no short of a miracle for me. Cant thank you enough for this video only hoping no one suffers during those days . Am going to fwd this video to many of my friends and their daughters who I am sure will be benifitted with this .

I am on one of my painful periods... Tried it rn and worked like magic. Instant relief. I'd suggest you ladies to do some warm up before doing this though. Even if it's painful, it'll be worth it.

This was really helpful .... I wish I knew it before..... Fortunately I don't have mood swings and other problems of Menses.... But cramps.... They really kill me 😭 For a women it's normal to get periods ... But I think facing these deadly cramps and not able to go to or work is absolutely not normal .... I was crying from the pain, I just couldn't move. With the help of someone I tried them all and it's so pain relieving! I feel much better, not all the pain is gone, I still feel a little pain in my breast, but It's amazing what this can do! It's totally worth it, even if you have pain while doing the exercises. Edit: By the way this is the first time I felt so much pain. But it still really helped.
