Our cat Sunshine has been particularly annoying this morning at the same time that this yoga nidra journey was wonderfully illuminating and peaceful. A wonderful pair of opposites. I didn't have to stretch my imagination to think of things to release with the outbreath. She is really a delightful kitty, just too full of herself at times, just as I am often too full of myself. It is all good. I am happy to witness the expansion of your work, Ayla.
My Biggie Boi has a great gift for clawing at any closed door while I am recording. I have stop for him, open said door, and edit it out his little meows. Cat's really do love attention when its best for them. haha. Thank you for joining me on the journey. I always love hearing your experience and appreciate your attention to detail.

I feel tucked into myself like a baby. I saw beautiful plants around me and in my solitude memory I created different paintings of portraits showing lots of different states of being and emotions in total stillness. 🎉💞🙏❣❤🧡💛💚💙💜❣
