Put on some comfy clothes and grab a nearby chair. Your spine will thank you after.
This Simply exercise can be completed in a few minutes. I encourage you to try this everyday and get back to me on the results. You can feel taller because your are literally creating space between each vertebrae in your spine.
Instructions:
Place your hands resting on the back on a chair for support.
Step your feet back so you have room to lean forward with your arms extended.
Exhale as you lean forward.
Inhale as you come back up with out moving your feet so you can find a flow with your breath moving up and down.
Feel the stretch in your hamstrings, located in the back of your legs as well as in your arms and back.
Try bending one knee and then switch. try keeping both legs straight and shift your hips side to side. Comment below how this movement makes you feel. ENJOY !
