Guest Bio Jessica Ford
I am a yoga therapist and graduated with my masters in yoga therapy in 2023. My initial yoga teacher trainings in ashtanga/vinyasa and hatha flow were completed in India as well as my most recent certification in prenatal/postpartum yoga. My work background has largely been in mental health, specifically crisis intervention, and I have worked both in a social work role and briefly in a yoga therapy role last year. My professional goals include getting my business up and running to support the LGBTQ+ community and underserved communities of Hudson/NYC with yoga-based doula and therapy services.
