These videos are wonderful. There is a synergy with the two of you. You asked what we would like to see so here goes. I have been practicing Ashtanga youga for about three years. My practice is stuck in neuteral until I can get my shoulder over the noncontigous knee and and get my leg over my shoulder. I believe that these two techniques are an essential part of the Ashtanga practice. I have been working on these two techniques for about 6 months and some small improvement but not there yet so there's two topics for your videos. Thank you for these videos. Namaste!
