It's 2021 and LOL watching this video we did about 20 years ago. Let's just say I'm very glad to have learned a lot about yoga since then, including that it's okay to smile! It also appears the video format is off, either that or I was far shorter and stouter than I remember. I do remember being sprayed with oily water to give the appearance of doing vigorous heated vinyasa flow yoga. Funny!
