This is only the tip of the iceberg of how crazy there faces can be just wait ontill later stuff gets animated you'll wondering if your looking at demons instead of humans
@@B_bang22 I’ve been trying to keep up with the episodes but the only way I can watch it is with crunchy roll. And the premium subscription is not making it any better
I mean, Ryosuke had all rights to scream and stuff. His entire career that his been putting some effort and dedication, finally going up to Japan soccer leagues, just ended by a simple game of tag.
Lol, but he didn't need to be at Blue lock, he was one of the people crying about having to play nationals yet still entered the program anywa. What's even worse is that Kira was the highest ranked of all of them so he could've easily survived if he took the ball off Isagi and tried to knock someone else out like Bachira i.e had a similar level of ego as Bachira and Isagi (which he does) but because he came here with the intention of proving ego wrong he ended up supressing his desire to be number 1 and got caught lacking. Worry not though this isn't the end of Kira's career if you're familiar with the sport most athletes make their money by playing in a domestic league or if they're really successful they play in one of the top 5 leagues in the world so Kira's career as a footballer is far from over
@@visionaryvjae5641 Sorry, Im not entirely sure I understand what playing the nationals is but. Despite being called to Japan's U-18 team and being nicknamed the jewel of japanese football, he still ended up assigned to Z team, the weakest. So it feels like if the dude had any intention of representing Japan in a WC then his only way was to participate in Blue Lock.
Let's be real here: Ryosuke has looks, charisma, and athletic ability. He can definitely find a future in many other sports, even if soccer is closed off to him. He has plenty of options for the future. It's just that now, he has one less.
Even if he doesn’t switch sports…being banned from competing on the National team does not prevent him from playing football professionally in Japan or abroad. He’s lost the chance to be Japan’s amazing striker for the world to see. His dreams of heroism and glory are crushed. But you need enough ego and drive to get to that position - as Ego probably sees it, anyone who gets eliminated from the program lacks what it takes to dominate at the global level.
What I like about blue lock is that it goes away from typical sports anime which relies a lot on teamwork, but this is just pure rivalry and survival of the fittest, I love this show!
I know, I’m not the only one who had the whole show written in my mind before this moment! I was so sure that Ryosuke was going to be the main friend/rival, I was so sure that he was going to convince the rest of the team to start valuing teamwork and with a bunch of speeches, I knew the story would end with him vs Yoichi teaming up showing friendship conquers all… for his whole world view to be REJECTED SO HARSH and get tossed in the recycle bin episode one!?!? 😭😭😭😭😭😭💀💀
How could you think that when literally in the first minute we saw that Isagi lost because of the teamwork and he was the first one to react to Ego's selfish vision of soccer it was obvious that they were not going to be friends either Ryosuke was going to be a liar who was also selfish that's why he joined the project when before he had questioned Ego's philosophy or he was going to be eliminated because he was not selfish enough.
@@mariyam.soungoua4 The first minute we see that the main character isn't a team player because everyone is is loving on each other crying and he's stale face showing okay maybe he is the problem here. Ryosuke won that first match with team work and stated that he is nothing without them in his interview. It is very common for the main character to lose a battle but their ideology is still right it is to build tension
@OHMZ "I'm not the only one who had the whole show written in my mind BEFORE this moment" so this comment is about what I thought BEFORE he lost, BEFORE we saw his reaction.
I sort of expected Ryousuke would react like this from the first episode when he told Isagi "I'd imagine you would make great passes for me." implying his ego does exist
It's a little weird but I really liked Ryosuke, especially how he showed his true colors in this scene. I did find it a little backhanded that he was punted off the team so easily, which is why I kind of hope he comes back in a rival team as like a main villain and just wrecks everyone in revenge.
This guy was too nice. There was no way he wasn’t going to either be written out of the show or turn out to secretly be as twisted as everyone else there.
This scene is interesting because Ryonsuke isn't the "strongest" because he's good at soccer. He's the strongest because his views are different from everyone else's. In any other anime, he'd be the protagonist, but BlueLock said nope.
Blue Lock: "Teamwork? Friendship? Nah, we don't do any of that here." Seriously, if you're not thinking of ways to one up the people around you then you're not gonna last long in that facility. You might as well "lock off" early on.
He gave them a goal and they solved it without personally thinking about the consequences to each other. The teamwork here is more of a means to an end or a happy accident, which seems to be the theory Glasses Dude has for a winning team.
@@rinylvinyl Not really a happy accident, Bachira said that he passed the ball to Isagi bc he knew Isagi will shoot Kira, Bachira noticed the "monster" inside him. Crazy talk ofc but it's logical.
Lol nah HES just there for a friendly psa that this anime doesn’t have that “teamwork makes the dream work” cliché. He’s basically there to set an example
So much of me wants Kira to return as a major antagonist. He would make a great final boss against the Blue Lock crew and really demonstrate the growth of all the characters.
0:48 That's a poor excuse from Kira, will he say that after a defender comes to steal his ball? An elite striker needs a sixth sense to evade a defender.
Truly, the only glaring problem of this tournament is this. When you think about it, even if you lose this you are only banned from playing for Japan and not anywhere else.
I’m not sure how to feel about the premise of selfishness and seeing your teammates as means to an end being shown as a good thing. I mean competition is one thing, but this feels like something that will eventually backfire.
I remember an interview were people talked about professional football and how many of them enjoy playing but not really competing with each other, when things get hard, its the select few who enjoy the challenge. Thats why you'll get temporary stars that fade easily when thing don't go their way and others who may be not as talented but their attitude against hardship is what many coaches want and go on to have long careers. Kind of what blue lock is saying is to breed that kind of selfishness and fearlessness in their players just focused on strikers.
I really don’t understand how ego could stop people who lost in blue lock to not be able to pursue their soccer career, it doesn’t seem like ego has that type of authority to do something like that
Uff that Will kick fire so bad, not to spoil you but there is a reason the final arc of bleach is the worst of all, a tiny spoiler there are quincys from A to Z a few of them have back stories and most of them die in one hit, out of screen or by other quincys even kind popular quincys will die in one hit, then squad deception happens...ufff
@@jaider_rojas667 Even so, he still looked like a legit character that could hang around for a while, we're anime onlies so we don't have any bigger perspective on all these characters.
He kicked bc this is his instinct lol, there was no logical thought behind it. Exactly like Ego said, the man just straight goes for winning in the very last seconds, defying any logic and this is what they're looking for.
When I first got into Blue Lock, I was expecting a twist where anyone who gets eliminating would be killed to up the stakes. Though that kind of system probably wouldn't work when trying to cultivate good players.
Losing blue lock only removes the chance of playing for the Japanese national team, but you can still play professional club football anyway. If he has talent he can certainly make it pro, and whos to say Japan national team wont want him if they see he has potential?
Which he will do in the near future I highly doubt this is the end of the character. Him and isagi will be rivals further down the road for sure without a doubt.
It's honestly really goofy in newer chapters, where some guys is basicly promised to be paying around few millions yen in year. And Ego still play his ''if you lose your career will be end'' card
