A friend gave me the 40 anniversary of Double Fantasy for Christmas a couple of years ago. I noticed I was gravitating to Yoko’s songs (heard Johns a million times). Yoko is a true artist, very talented and way ahead of her time, this song is so touching it’s almost too difficult to listen too. A lot people think she is just screaming, no listening carefully her pitch and tone is excellent. And Sean wow!!! what a musician John would be proud of them both.

Yoko is a visionary and Sean is one heck musican !! John would be thrilled by how both his wife and son have continued on in life with such grace.

Beautiful song, beautiful piano by Sean, and powerful emotions by Yoko, as always. When I saw them in Berkeley a few days ago, I was impressed and moved by all these young people playing with and backing Yoko. She's passing the torch to a fine group of musicians.

A great rendition of reflection of the suffering caused by the nuclear holacaust in Hiroshima and Nagaski thanks to man's inhumanity to his fellow brethren on planet earth.

Love this woman !!!! I have only seen her once, a great show, her only UK performance during the 90's when Sean made his UK debut at the London Astoria. Would have loved to have been at this show, but the authorities didn't permit me to attend. Perhaps the Plastic Ono Band will do a UK date or two to promote their new release.....? An unanswered post below asks for the exact make-up of the Plastic Ono Band, I hope this helps.... The Fluxus artistic movement, (of which she was a true pioneer), proposes, as the name suggests, that the universe is in a constant state of flux, or change, like the water particles in an ocean current. It matters not who constitute the Plastic Ono Band at any precise moment, only that the ocean current in which it finds itself is heading in a positive direction. "We are all Water" after all, thank you Yoko, you are the only artist who has ever had anything relevant to say to me and "....some day we'll evaporate together...!!!"
