Any chance you can donate one used tire in a 295/70/18.?..one of mine is damaged on the sidewall and can't afford to buy new and can't find a used one anywhere within a 100 mile radius
@@ryanpham3308 Ive had the 295 65 20's for about 1000 miles and then did a Carli 3" level spring shock lift and added 37's. on the 37's I have 24000 miles...great all around tire...excellent in the mud cleans out easy, strong sidewalls perfect for a heavy duty truck. Just ok in the snow. The tread life looks like Ill get around 50k miles out of them and noise has only gotten slightly louder with 60% of the tread left. On par with the Nitto Ridge Grapplers they replaced on my 15 F350.
@@reagansiddaguio5089 Awesome tire and I rate it equal or 5% better to my other favorite hybrid tire. Nitto Ridge Grappler. They balanced out perfectly every time, better than the Ridge grappler and the BFG's couldn't balance or needed to be rebalanced every 3000 miles. Looked more aggressive without having to go to a mud tire and was more suited towards heavy-duty trucks vs the KO 2's. Sidewall protection was excellent and great in the mud but not good in the snow. The BFG's were better in only this area. I was a BFG guy for years but since 2015 I have changed. They are suited more for a 1/2 ton. The other thing is my last 6 trucks since 06 have 37's. The BFG's were also small on the diameter size. There are way better tires like Nitto Ridge or Recon Grappler or Toyo Open Country RT Trail or AT lll. The AT-X is also a great comparision if not in snow and wears well.
The one compromise Yokohama had to make was in giving up snow driving. The X-ATs are not a winter rated tires. Am thinking of getting a set for my FJ Cruiser.
