Although many things are always exaggerated in anime to make them look way cooler, I have to admit, it really made me appreciate real sumo better too. You only have a few seconds sometimes to make or break your entire match. Good focus, reflexes, strength, etc. are musts.

the more i know about sumo the less fat i see on them, well in the yokozuna or ozeki they are just tank build muscle and some belly fat

I never thought of it that way, but if you put 2 and 2 together it would be a pretty accurate way to guestimate his height and weight, I just youtubed Mongolian horses and there small. so if he was a good horseman theres no way on gods green earth that Genghis Khan could weigh as much as these fuckin guys, seein how they average about 350 pounds, but regardless of there weight most are actually in great shape.
