One day when I was lost... A lady gave me a ride. In her car was playing " Riding through the storm" by Yolanda Adams. That song helped me get to better days. I still listen to it for added personal strength and reassurance.

This woman is REAL!! I can see how she was a teacher.

I absolutely love her. I had the privilege of meeting her many years ago in Atlanta Ga. during GMWA. She was so warm and welcoming. I’m all of 5”6’ and I was taking a picture with her and she so lovingly stooped down so that the picture would be awesome. She’s such a wonderful woman of God and her voice is matchless. My favorite song of hers is MY LIBERTY.

I've always loved her since I was a little kid and I remember her on Sunday Best as a judge when the other judges were jerks, she was so gracious to a young gay gospel singer. The others were laughing and judging and critiquing, but she gave real guidance..Judge not. She has a nice spirit

I love Yolanda's persona. I listened to her when she was a radio host for years and like all human beings, she has her ways, but she remains strong in her faith in God through Jesus Christ, she's obedient to God, and have a sincere reverence for God, considering that her father was a bishop. From my perspective, she has a genuine loving heart. That comes from upbringing. I hope Yolanda takes more time out to teach West about God. I really believe that with more knowledge about God and Jesus through the scriptures, West will find a holy path.

We cannot compromise the gospel of Christ and who God is to bring Him down to a particular level that it will palatable for folks practicing sin. The Word of God is the Word all by itself. Trying to gain the world and losing your own soul is not it. You don’t compromise who God is to make Him more “progressive” for others. If they need milk and not meat then give them milk.

I remember Yolanda Adams working with rapper Kanye West. I am not a big fan but I liked Miss Adams's song Never Give Up. I find Gospel music to be great to listen to when I feel down or discouraged there are certain Gospel songs I listen to. I like K-love radio station too! I am age 41. I started driving after a miracle from God in my early 30s. I recommend Jesus and spirituality to people who are broken down.

It would be so nice to see a "Christian" not compromise on a public platform. It is inevitable that if you truly follow the God of the Bible that you're going to offend. We can love the sinner, but not the sin. Yes, Jesus was in the company of sinners, but He never compromised or changed His beliefs to fit in. Christians need to get a backbone and be unapologetic when it comes to their beliefs. The unbeliever is unapologetic about what they believe, so why should we be?

That's my teacher I was in her last class she taught in elementary school. I definitely take my teachers advice on not replaying the negative newly divorced and needed this reminder.

Wars have served it. Affairs have worshiped it. We all seek it. Sadly, billions have died without discovering its secret... namely, that joy is not an it, but a He. The Gospel is the good news that sinners can delight in a Holy God. It's the good news that all of our deepest desires are satisfied in the ONE who sent His Son to bring us to Him. . God is so valuable and so satisfying that the most loving thing he could do for us is to make Himself gloriously indispensable. He is the only being in the universe for whom self-exaltation is the highest virtue. Therefore, God's commitment to be glorified and our goal to be satisfied are not at odds but come to simultaneous consummation in the worship of His Son... who took upon Himself the Wrath that God had towards us in our sinful disregard of Him. A wrath that could never be appeased through man-made religion. Jesus didn't die to turn the world into a paradise, he died so that we could stop seeking paradise in the world... Temporal things such as beauty, popularity, money, sex, racial identity, gender reassignment... can never truly satisfy. BECAUSE WE WERE MADE FOR SO MUCH MORE! We were made to gaze intently into the Eternal Beauty of a majestic King, Father, and God... meet Jesus the Christ. Life is hard, God is good, Glory is coming 😊... We (in the Christian community) need gospel artists who won’t compromise and try to fit into this world. I was really turned off by Yolanda. Referring to God as a she and dispelling the importance of dressing modestly, which is in the Bible. When you are a committed Christian you follow the Bible and not the current trends of this world. Really Yolanda???🙄🙄🙄She annoyed the heck out of me.

I've always loved her and her songs, they certainly got me through so much and till this day i listen to her music, but NOWHERE in The Bible is God referred to as a she, not even an it. He's always referred to as an HE, and for her to say that. He is a spirit but NOT a she spirit. We're definitely living in the cusp of revelation. "Matthew 24:24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."

Maybe she was nervous ion know but God is very clear on who He is. Not once have I read in the Bible God refer to Himself as a she. Just wanted the facts to be out there.

God is a He. People, please read the Word of God for yourselves. We cannot compromise Holy Scripture. It also provides a standard by which to live by. People can deceive us with their words and opinions, but God’s Word is true and it doesn’t change, ever. We are also born in sin. We require salvation (Acts 2:38) to be transformed into the likeness of Christ. Not everything we hear from folk in the industry is right. God is real and His Word and standards are real - there is no compromising that. We need to be prayerful as we’re living in the last days. People will say anything to fit in and/or justify unrighteousness, but we need to seek God for ourselves so that He can reveal the truth in our hearts 🙏🏽.

That's was good interview with Yolanda but it's some things don't agree with her with when she said God could be he or she and then said everyone born with spirit of God in them no we are made in his image but born of the flesh in oder be like Jesus we must be born of the spirit that's only if you expect Jesus is your lord and savior and then she said there's nothing wrong with artists that sing songs for the world and cross over to gospel I'm not judging no one but the word says be ye holy because iam holy then says come out from among them then said in book of Joshua 24,15 choose this day whom you will serve now this is God word he tell not add nothing to it or take away
