For the low QI people that are complaining that he said It was free and it's 5 dollars on stream: 3 months Ago u could download the archive for this game in the creator site (idk if u can still download it), that's why he said it. Now stop complaining.
There's more mechanics to this than mugen though, more strategy involved too. You can liken it more to something like toribash in this case. If you wanted to use mugen though, you could say Yomi Hustle is mugen but actually using your brain.
@@saltshaker6002you wrong, mugen is engine to make a fighting game, good or not is according to you who build using that engine or you can just download already finished game made by people with mugen, so basically mugen posibility is limitless. About using brain alot of anime fighting game out there using brain and they are at EVO with real competition
@@Aripuni1 you get what i mean when i say mugen though. Also yomi still requires more thinking than somehing like smash, brawl, or most platform fighters. In fact, one of the biggest reasons why platform fighters are played at the big stages is because theyre relatively simply PLUS individual matches dont take 30 minutes to an hour at mid to high levels like they can and often do in yomi, and a game being an esport doesnt mean it requires large amounts of brain power. Not saying there isnt any involved but games like yomi and toribash are just different an require you to be more methodical and their frame by frame method just isnt entertaining to most if you arent the one playing, which is another reason why these games simply have no chance to hit evo.
