Yona and Zeno's past - Already Over 

I think Zeno's story is one of the more sad ones in this anime when ever I think about his past and everything he's been through I wanna cry and hug him so hard

It's amazing they can still be so happy and smile at times... Especially Zeno, who, at first, seems to be the most carefree of all of them... The others too. All of them have tragic pasts, but they find happiness together...

I actually cried while watching this, now that i think about it yona and zeno are really similar in many ways, thats why i ship them together, nothing is worse than watching ur friends die or being betrayed by ur most trusted friend, it really hurts

I wanted to cry so hard. Though these things arent here in real lufe and many who watch just enjoy these animes, i have a strange ability to connect to them on every level... i dont know how, but no matter how hard i try, i cant stop watching animes like this one. I cant let go. Maybe im weak, fragile... but its so strange. Once ive connected to someone, i cant let them go. No matter how hard i try. I cant seem to pull away. Anime, art, music, family, friends, enemies. It doesnt matter. This is real for me. Dragons, warriors, magic. Maybe im just caught up in my imagination. Maybe im just different. A child. But ive always been this way. And while many lose sight in their imaginations at a young age, i could never seem to let go.... but... what if its not just my imagination. What if everything i imagine is real? What if im not just a weak little girl who cant let go? I connect, adapt, love, hate. Im a human being. But for some reason.. i seem to posess abilities noone else ive ever met (hundreds counting soldier ranks, feiends, family, etc.). I can remain so hopeful in even the most dark of times. Ive taken hell straight on. Ive watched family members to their dieing breaths. Ive watched everyone i know and love grow and change. I can connect with everyone, even an opponent, on every level. I seem to bring light to others. No matter what i feel, it cant be helped. As tears roll down my cheeks, i can no longer write this long message that is utterly pointless

I understand yona's past but I don't recall learning anything about Zeno from the anime, it just showed him joining them near the end with no backstory
