Got a 1000z recently.I used to play with auraspeed 100X previously both feel similar interms of speed and power when i hold the racket closer to the grip cone. However holding the rackets close to the butcap end,the 1000Z feels a tinybit stiffer and just a touch headheavy, both of them swing pretty fast though. Also found that the 1000Z is more stable than the auraspeed 100x. Both the rackets are 4ug5.
Would appreciate a comparison between Nanoflare 1000 game and the 700 because of the similar profiles and weight class. It would be really intriguing to know about. Great video, cheers.
I disagree with your this video 🥲at least for this fact , nanoflare 1000z is head heavy a little because I visited india open 2024 and took his personally used racket which is nanoflare 1000z and it was head heavy a bit .... If so then tell truth,,, rackets available in market for larger part of players are degraded in quality upto some extent and players get the 100% quality product since they are sponsored by brand.......❓️❓️
Its no coincidence why great mix doubles player like Arisa Higashino choose NF 700 it has a wider sweet spot compare to other nanoflare it has medium stiffness, and smoother swing feel.
Thank you CKY for an amazing comparison, this solves the question I had burning in my head for months! My partner and I play with the NF700/NF800 respectively (both 4U), and I in particular have been curious if I the NF1000Z could be a worthy upgrade. After listening to your thoughts and review, I think I'll be sticking with my NF800. The biggest factor will always be myself being already comfortable/happy with the 800. But also, the 1000Z sounds more like a direct upgrade to the 700, with the frame thickness being closer to the 700. Also, in my opinion, the 1000Z sounds like its encroaching into the ARC7P specs... I'm a little bit disappointed that Yonex's latest Nanoflare racket turned out to be the weakest of the group in the speed department. As a mixed doubles player, I wished we got another counterattacking demon of a racket.
Brilliant video once again on compassion of the nanoflare range including the 1000z , but would you think that the victor thruster F enhanced edition is as good or better than 1000z , as I have played with a 800 3u and F was faster and more powerful with better control than nf800 . I think it plays like very similar to the yonex 9900
can do a quick review on the difference for the mattblack nf800 (older version) with the latest deep green edition nf800 (play, game, tour, pro)? heard it's launched today 17nov2023
I am using Astrox 88D pro (4U), Astrox 77pro (4u), and Li-Ning Aeronaut 9000I. Do Nanoflare 1000z can give power performance as great as those 3 racquets? I know that Nanoflare is a Head Light Racquet, but some people said that it can also give more power when we do smash and drive.
To that dude who commented about collisions and brittle. 🤔 Some guy with a nanoflare 700 swung into my space and hit my nanoflare 800. The paint chipped off the top of the frame on my racket, but his racket didn't have a scratch.
800s are so delicate. I broke my 4u one literally in the first month of usage luckily got a replacement and yonex sent me a 3u. And personally I think nf800 3u is the best ever. Since the frame is so thin its going to break if you clash so be careful
@Aneesh Keni Thanks for the advice. I'd been assured that they weren't that fragile, but that clash put doubt in my mind. I use a Thruster F now. But I was interested in how the 1000Z compared to the Nanoflare 800.
I really liked the NF700, but for doubles with changing partners and skill levels, you might want to pick up a few frame protectors too. Next time I'll know better!
i am all around player which like to play rear and front court, currrently im using arcsaber 11pro as my best racket, do you think this 1000zz can perform better than the arcsaber 11pro?
Thank you for the awesome review! Would love to know, switching from a 3u nf800, which I really like its balance, do you think 4u nf1000z would be closer in its balance or 3u? Would 3u be probably too much?
Is nf1000z an upgrade to the 800.? I use the 800 but I think the 1000z is more of an upgrade to the 700. Also not a lot of doubles players have used the 1000z as of yet.
I've been trying out a lot of different racquets buying and selling (so no real monetary loss apart from breaking strings/grips). Have always been a heady heavy user but recently switched to balanced and head light racquets (AS11p, AS7p and NF700, V-TKFe (feels balanced to be me despite head heavy)). Each to their own but my gosh the NF700 is definitely my favourite at the moment, followed by the AS7pro. Playing defensively, and control shots are more exciting as you push your opponents around. But I also have injuries and not the physical strength to always be smashing.
Hi, CK! Is there any reason why you chose the NF 800 (3U) instead of the NF 800 (4U)? Is it because the power on 4U is lacking and not enough for you? Or is it just that the 3U won’t break easily upon impact compared to 4U? And is that true if they had NF 800 3U in UK, you would have chosen the NF 800 (3U) as your main racket instead and not the 88D Pro? Thank you so much, CK! Big fan right here! 🙏🏼
Thank you so much for the insightful comparison. Glad to see you back in court, reviewing and training for upcoming matches. Hope that yonex will lend you the play version of the nanoflare 1000z and hopefully you'll be able to review it. Thank you once again
Would you be covering the variants for the Nanoflare series (Tour/Game/Play) and comparing the play against the other PLAY models like the Arcsaber 7 play or 11 play?
Had a crazy idea.. Why dont u make a video about all yonex z series racket and compared them.. Already got a few.. NS Z Speed. AS Z Slash.. D Z Strike Voltric Z Force i n ii.. NF 1000z AX 100z.. Wow what a video it will be..
Hi CK, thank you for the review and comparison of the NF1000Z. But I am still wondering how NF1000Z feel compared to previous king of speed-attack the NR Z-speed? Thank you very much if you can provide any kind of comparison between these two, if not then it is totally fine
I wonder why they skipped 900. My only logical thought is due to 800LT, but then again it is still very similar to 800. Does anybody else find it odd? Or yonex do have nf900 in mind 🤔
Maybe that'll be next, the other nanoflares don't come in (play/game/tour/pro) so maybe they wanted to drop something "bigger" to introduce to Nanoflare users. Thinking back to Astrox or even duora, I felt like the "9" category of rackets were really focused towards heavy duty players (strong players with good tech). So the market for those types dont seem as popular. 1xxx class seems to be really popular across their lines for some reason (think Duora 10 or 100zz), they're a bit more all-round type rackets with more material tech in them. All stiff/extra stiff too. Also the Z sounds cool i guess or at least associated with high quality Yonex?
CK, how would u compair the 100zz and 1000z in terms of stability, pace of shot, power(potential and easy) and easy of use. I currently own a 100zz but am contemplating switching to the 1000z
Thank you CK Yew for the amazing video. I have a suggestion for the next video, do a video on the best all round rackets like compare the auraspeed 90k, arcsaber 11 and 7 pro and duora z strike
hi man! question: could you review the "Victor Thruster K Ryuga TD D"? i just found it and it seems to be their tour/play version of the ryuga 1 which I REALLY LOVE. was wondering if it's any good like the 99 play is. let me know if you can, thanks!
Hi CK i have a thruster fc (the Racket that Tai Tzu Ying uses) the freecore handle (plastic material) bent while i was doing a short wrist smash , are there any solutions for me to fix the handle?
thanks . I have a nf800 4u and I like it and thinking to buy nf800 3u to improve attacking. So I am wondering if it is better to buy this 1000z 4u instead of nf800 3u?
Is that possible to use higher tension on a racket than stringing advice by brand. For example, Players who using Yonex Arcsaber 11 Pro (3U : 20 - 28 lbs Stringing Advise by Yonex). They using higher tension like 30 or 33 lbs (In your videos). I'm using Yonex Arcsaber 11 Tour : 4U racket. Is there any problem to use higher tension on my racket.
Hi CK, am about to buy Thruster F enhanced edition, because of its all round performance. Before that just wanted to ask if you have any other alternatives to suggest similar or better than this model according to you.
How is the Nanoflare 1000z compared to the Astrox 100zz, duora Z-Strike and Voltric Z-Force II? Is the swing faster and lighter? Is it more powerfull? Would love to see a video of the Z racketline comparison
My swing speed is fast but with head heavy rackets , my swing speed goes down and hence the power also decreases. Which one of these rackets have super easy swing speed and if i get caught up at third line (base line) which racket will help me to hit a 3rd line clear and recover. I understand that power is a product of mass x acceleration I need a racket which is easy to generate acceleration to achieve the third line clear, without compromising on the head feel of the racket. Which racket head has that head feel which i generally don't get in head light rackets. I dont use head heavy rackets since my swing speed gets compromised but i want the head feel on these NFs.. Please suggest the NF and also the weight.
finally had a chance to try the 88d pro a few days ago (i primarily use the 100zz as my only racket atm) and found that it is a lot more forgiving than the 100zz but still nicely weighted. however i was very impressed with the swing speed of the 1000z. what is your primary racket now? is it the 1000z or still the 88d pro?
Hi CKY, I would really like if you could review some Felet rackets such as woven 888, TJ power V2, aero carbons. Really want to know what you think about them. Thanks
Hello CK I'm sorry if my question is oot from your content But i wanna ask you a question, which racket should i buy, Yonex Astrox 10 DG, Yonex Astrox 100 Game or Yonex Arcsaber 11 Play? For all around player like me mmm..... maybe a little bit backcourt player I'm so confused right now T-T
I really like your videos. Can’t wait to see more your next videos. I’m concerning nanoflare 1000z. Have you tested the 3U version? I’m still considering which one I should choose. BTW I decided to get astrox 88D pro 4U thanks to your video. Like from Canada
I think for those who want durability test, its like the people who like to watch drop test on phones Yes its good for science but no normal person in normal situation would want to drop their phone, or collide their racket during a game
