I think that was taeyeon’s fault also for mentioning her ideal type on Strong Heart 🤣 i still remember watching that episode. she mentioned that her ideal type: 1. Can have a large age gap to 12 years (she doesnt care abt age) 2. A funny person (gag man/comedian) 3. Feel comfortable Hell yeah the WGM production team gave hyungdon based on her ideal type🤣

Yea, Jungshin shared Taeyeon’s song and still interacts with Seohyun. As a second gen fan, it’s just touching to see that they’re still close, wish there are more variety shows and stages that can gather them together.
Likely if Seohyun and Yonghwa do talk they keep it very private as even today after all these years, the shippers of that couple would lose their minds if there was even the hint that they were social. I seem to recall that several years after the show Yonghwa or CNBlue had a place in the same apartment complex as Seohyun's parents and the shippers went insane with the news. I'm certain that for some of the really popular couples it became quite burdensome dealing with fans shipping them and pining for them to date in real life when the show was mostly fiction for all but a few couples.
@@kentvesser9484 I agree in parts it really can become a burden a couple who are very shipped and maybe they choose to talk in private, but they are already in their 30s something about is more relaxed, it wouldn't be so shocking just a little noisy with the excitement of fans, it would be nice to see them interact like old friends on tv.
@@irenerebecka6435 Well I imagine if they ever did end up on the same show they would likely be cordial. I think they parted on good terms compared to some couples who really didn't like each other much and just played nice for the cameras. You are right in that their age and their careers are such now that if they did date it would be as big a deal as it would have been back during the group's peaks through the mid 2010's. They aren't likely to get attacked much by the other's fans now as most of them have grown up and are dating or married and realize how stupid it is to expect adults to live off fan adulation instead of real relationships.

YongSeo was such a sweet couple. From all the couples i’ve watched they were definitely the most slow paced, but Yonghwa doesn’t seemed not even once to be annoyed or bored because of it. It seemed like he truly respected Seohyun’s time, and that was really important cause it was all so new for her.
I think this is what happened to Jung Yong Hwa. At first, he was just doing WGM for the sake of their band and I think WGM invited him to be one of their couples. Seo Hyun's reason is she wants to experience a "love relationship". At first, Yong Hwa is somehow, I think, sad and disappointed because his bias is Taeyeon. But because she is already in WGM before so they can't bring her again. But eventually, he fell in love. Hopelessly, crazily and truly in love with Seo Hyun because as the days and moments pass by. He gets to know her better and realizes that he is a lucky man. So after WGM, he promised himself that he will never let her go. He found a diamond and ideal (perfect) wife. So to convey his feelings, he uses the songs he has been written to tell her about it and the same with her also.😍😏💗👏👏👏

I didn’t ship them back then, but somehow rewatched YongSeo WGM end of 2019 and spotted a lot of things I didn’t notice 10 years ago. With covid lockdown i re-watched everything... and it’s hard to not ship, they look so beautiful together. If they really get married, it’ll be like real life fairy tale.

Oh my God i miss those time so much! 2nd gen idols are everything, even tho i of course have favorite groups from the 3rd and 4th gen, being able to say i was there during all these iconic moments from the 2nd gen was amazing. I miss it! what makes me happy is that 2021 was for sure 2nd gen world domination, let's keep it that way since all the idols are finally returning from the military~
