'IN THE KING'S CHEMBERS' יוני שרון - בהרודיון
Oriental music and debka dance.
The video was filmed at the Herodion, an ancient palace which I pass every morning on my way to Jerusalem. Every time I pass by the artificial hill which King Herod built two thousand years ago, I imagine the sounds of the banging of the slaves' hammers as they carved their way up the hill, the footsteps of the rebels who took refuge in it, and the ringing of the sheep's bells as they grazed in the fields below..

Look up לחי עולמים lechai olamim - “To the Eternal One.” Its a Piyut some say every Shabbat and others only on Yom Tov (gotta have our differences smh) and it goes through a list of qualities ie: “Understanding and Blessing” belong to “The One who’s Eternal.” Or rather the Eternal Life. The point being that everything beautiful, powerful, glorious, wonderful, originates from the Source Above, and therefore belongs to Him. Hope this helps you three years later, achi 😊
