This brand is horrible, do not buy!!! Works for about two charges and never works again. I went through three from seller sending new free ones. None of them worked!!!!!!!!!!!
The Vanilla Gorilla your product probably came defective because both, my wife and my daughter phone is still charging and holding charge very well. call the company and ask for replacement.

Now that's what you call Customer Service. I ordered a 2 battery pack with charger for the note 4 from Yontex just recently. Should be here within a week or so. Need it because the damn battery my grandmother decided to order to "save" me money came from a BS "Factory Outlet" and is now bulging.

Yontex, it wasn't YOUR battery I was having an issue with. I was saying I bought a package from you guys, and it was on the way. It was a previous battery from another supplier i was having an issue with. In other words, I was making the switch to YOU guys.
