to answer your question, the dude beside him(the one in darker jacket) is his band's drummer, and the other one in lighter jacket is the show's host (since both of them were next to him and both clapped at the end of the perf...i just assumed you're talking bout the drummer because he always has the most eyecatching expressions n easily noticeable. anyway, the one he duets with is the vocalist of a more senior band from the same agency. also known for powerful vocals.
