Seriously, Yoolax, you couldn't pay an English speaker a few dollars to provide some legible verbal and written instructions? Great shade, marred by terrible instructions.
Absolutely! my thoughts exactly. How hard would that be to clarify the instructions in English??? It actually pisses me off being frustrated with something that is apparently easy, as long as it's explained correctly
1. Reset Long press button on motor (16s), wait for motor to "jog" x 4 Response: blinds will beep x 4 ------------- 2. Connect motor with remote long press motor button response: long beep press p2 button, wait for motor to jog x1 response: blinds will beep x1 press p2 again (will beep) now hold up arrow response: blinds will beep x 6 -------------------- 3. Enter "Limit mode", (must set up limit to set down limit) press p2 button, wait for motor to jog up arrow p2 button again, motor will jog again response: blinds will beep x 4 set desired up limit with up arrow and hit stop (-), when happy with setting, long press (-) response: blinds will beep x4 set desired down limit by hitting down arrow, hit stop when happy with setting, long press (-) response: blinds will beep x4 I needed to do all 3 steps to set the limits, not sure if you will too
you must do it in this exact order. you must set the top limit first then the lower limit, all in one process. Very difficult. your button pushs must be exact, or you have to do it over.
For anyone still struggling with this, the trick for me was to pair the remote, then immediately set the limits without letting the remote go to sleep. If at any point the remote goes to sleep, you’ll have to start over by pairing the remote again. When setting the limits, it will take a bit for the shade to go from top to bottom, so continually press the down button every few seconds to keep the remote from sleeping.
Long press only makes it jog 4x and 4 beeps. Then when I long press again to pair remote it will not long beep it will ONLY go back to 4 jogs and 4 beeps. I can't get a long beep to pair remote.
Please explain Reset!! In the video, we see the person doing four short presses. But in the text you put in the video, you said "long press for 16s". Which is it?? Four short presses? One long press? Four long presses? I'm trying different things and nothing is working!
I ordered the celluar shades. They were replaced due to a problem with the first set that arrived. These instructions for pairing the remote are not working for me. When I long press the reset button on the shades, the motor jogs 3 times instead of 4. Step 2 does nothing. Does anyone have suggestions?
I found a much better source for programming instructions. Check out: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-aX_RlNEdR-I.html This is an installer explaining it rather simply.
This indications do not work for me with remote DC-1602 by Dooya provided by Yoolax. No way to set limits with these instructions. Company provided printed manual with a different remote, and separately purchased manual with no instructions. Trash comes on Tuesday next week, and that's where these are going. $400 into the trash.
Seriously...people spend over 200 on ONE blind...youre talking about average orders of $1000 and theres NO VOICE TO THIS VIDEO EVEN!! Sorry, but seeing this terrible video and reading the confusion and lack of customer engagement is making me take a hard pass on these.
You can't. If you're using the Bond hub the original remote is required so that the hub can recognize the operational frequency of the remote and duplicate it. In theory once it's copied, you won't ever need the remote again
Welcome to cheap Chinese Motorization folks...it’s almost like they are making it even more confusing just to mess with people.you should be able to program these by using the Manuel button on the motor and the operation buttons on the remote.you should NOT need to use the buttons behind the battery door-that’s where they are making it more confusing then it needs to be. Pressing the motor head button for 4 jogs should clear it.pressing it once more for 1 jog should put it in program mode. Use the remote to choose a number for the shade then push the stop button to program it to that Chanel-should get a jog If the direction is reverse as in-if you push the up and it goes down push the up and down at the same time to get a jog-that should reverse the direction. Set the up by pushing the up button until it gets where you want it-then push the stop and up button at the same time for one jog-up should be set. Set the down by pushing the down until it gets where you want it-then push the stop and down at the same time to get a jog-down should be set.
Poor instructions written and on video also. The video is too fast, its more like an exhibitions of how fast his or her hand is, rather than an informative instructions. Yah, yah, im impressed with the fancy flipping of the remote. Update: after tinkering with the travel limit on wee hours of night, i managed to pissed off the neighbors, and developed the skill of fast flipping the remote also. Anyway, when doing the programming, do a complete up, and down travel limit position programming in one continuious process. Do not do a test run untill youre completely done. I was able to finally to nailed it that way. Not just up position as i was doing at first. Good luck! I need to sleep now.
Ok...so now my blind is stuck...and disconnected from remote. The instructions here are poor at best. It stopped going all the way up months ago. I hit the up and it went down and then then up half way. The only way to close it at nite was to hit the up button. I reset it and now it's stuck and won't do anything from the remote. I've emailed Yoolax with no reply twice. Someone..PLEASE HELP ME!!??
I am having troubles with instructions, I have not figure out how to pair. They talk about "jogging" but they have never "jogged". Has anyone been able to pair these at all? HELP!
@@faulknerfilm I was trying to map remote with different motor blinds. I contacted their support and they rectified this based on my orders. Once I got the correct remote, it worked.
Where are the instructions for the other remote that comes with the blinds I just paid thousands for? This is not the remote I have, but there's nothing, anywhere, including in the freaking package, on using it.
I purchased 2 blinds. Am I supposed to get 2 remotes with this? Because right now the 1 remote I have only controls 1 blind. The other one I cannot figure out how to control wit the other remote. The directions are terrible. This seems like another cheap Chinese product to me.
You should be able to control multiple blinds with the same remote though there's a limit to how many units one remote can control as I understand it (think I read it was 15 units?). I'm right there with you and got an additional motorized blind that I can't for the life of me figure out how to sync with the remote
@@westtrinh5073 in order to pair another blind once you have paired the first one you have to change to the next channel number on the remote. If the first blind was on 1 then scroll to the 2 Chanel on the remote and do all the things you just did to program the first one. You will do same process for a third blind also. Just change to channel 3 and repeat the same process. Hope this helps.
Hardest fudging shat ever the remote cover on back berrly came off the shade kept going the amount of blood i lost in my arm for try to hold the fudging button on the blind goshdang worst peice of shat ever they need to redesign to be more consumer freindly cause it is now midnight and i started working on this in the morning dont buy their stuff at all
FINALLY!! Did anyone else get stuck in a loop with Yoolax support before finally being given this link?! Me: I need to pair my timer remote with my blinds Yoolax: I see multiple orders, which one are you talking about? The timer remote is only compatible with [blah blah blah] ... Here is the manual for programming a schedule for the timer remote" Me: Order #123456789 I need to know how to program the timer remote with this motor Yoolax: you can only connect the timer remote to motor 412 Me: Yes, I have that motor, how do I connect the timer remote to control this motor Yoolax: here is how you program the schedule for your remote Me: yes, I know how to program the remote. How do I sync it so it is controlling this motor? Yoolax: the timer remote is only compatible with motor 412. I see you have multiple orders, which order are referring to? Me: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
