It's not his only vital points though. Remember, Yoriichi combined his moves to one (hi no kokyu 13th move/form) to be able to defeat muzan. So decapitation won't be the solution to kill muzan. Just a little fun fact ;)

Still this is a slow af Yoriichi so if there wasnt Michikatsu he would get wiped and Akaza, Kokushibo and Muzan doesnt get kilked from beheading plus Muzan can speedblitz Michikatsu like he did with a Lower Rank.
