Hope everyone had a spook-tacular Yowl-oween! I think this is the last MeYowls episode I’m gonna make for now - it was perfect for October! Stay tuned for a full-length behind the scenes camera footage video coming soon!
Hello? I am over here. Where are you? Sniff...Sniff. Are you in there, Mom? Where are you? Hang on a minute. Let me do some stretches so that I can maximize my MeYowls. 😂
This segment always gets my longhair cat really upset he is looking for the baby in distress trying to help it. He comes over to the phone and starts trying to look inside. So sweet 🥺
I was dog sitting my daughter’s poodle when I watched this, and he was IMMEDIATELY at attention and looking around for the baby, deeply concerned. Boshi really knows how to tug on the heartstrings!
He is quite the midnight songster. What range, what depth, his vocals raise the hairs on the back of my neck. Memorable performance. Bravo Yoshi, Bravo!!!
Wow he is loud 🤣 My cat only jumps on and off the bed 20 times a night. And once in a while shouts in my ear to see if i'm awake. If i react she starts purring and goes to sleep. But not before i'm awake. She's an ass sometimes 😂😂
Idk how true this is but I read somewhere that sometimes a cat will worry abt how humans sleep bc we do it in long chunks and they sleep in little bursts, so they like, check to see if you’re alive and still breathing and able to wake up before they can relax. It is inconvenient tho lol
I disagree. Human babies screech like some ungodly spawn from the deepest pits of hell, cats do cute little yowles because they are either talking to their toy or trying to find you because they enjoy being around you. cats are just better than those human made parasites
As soon as I leave or go to bed my husband said my rag doll does the same exact thing. Walks all around the house with her fav little toy in her mouth crying like she’s looking for me. It’s precious but makes ma a little sad😻❤️😻
Yoshi is lonesome, but that’s why I used to feed my cats a little before bedtime because being nocturnal means that they naturally hunt at night sometimes, filling the belly quiets them down or they’re just on guard duty❤
I think the ghosts would even freak out and move to another house honestly 😂 I have kitties who can be vocal at night but not évery night and not for this long generally.. This would drive me nuts!
Try playing with Yoshi for about 10 or 15 minutes prior to going to bed. That should tire him out and he will sleep at the same time as you and your fiance. We have a multi cat household and have had to deal with this problem before. Thankfully, it seems to have worked. Just a suggestion.
Yes just like my Clara the best time to sing the songs of their ancestors is in the middle of the night. Clara also chooses the middle of the night to carry around her balls (communication devices) & contact her planet of Fur Ball at the top of her lungs. Your fur babies are beautiful.
Some housecats yowl at night because they are afraid of the dark. So, it's advisable to leave on a nightlight. Others yowl because they are in pain or feel stress or separation anxiety.
Have you tried physical exercices/games or an outdoor ballad to calm/exhaust Yoshi before sleeping ? It worked for my gf cat, he doesn't wake up us at 4 am anymore
My beloved Maine Coon boy who crossed the Rainbow Bridge a year ago, was always very vocal & had zoomies at night. It's very common as they are nocturnal hunters in the wild. It's instinct I think, rather than distress.
That boy's got lungs? He sounds so sad! Did you lock them out of the bedroom? Did that house have cats, before? ...could there be mice? He seems fairly distressed...I suppose he could just be bored...
