@@jamesmcdonald1750 they’re no ignoring it, they’re concerned not to crash the party. With all the recording gear about, this is clearly not a casual concert but a serious recording session. This happened with me when I happened to walk by an a cappella group in Griffiths Park in Los Angeles. If they wanted an audience they would have made me feel more welcomed. Instead they continued to concentrate on their performance. I just kept walking while they continued to do their recording, happy that I had their voices accompanying my walk.

Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots! YES! One of the best songs to sing and play loudly with friends. I saw The Flaming Lips live at a music festival in Des Moines back in 2008, and they performed it as a slow, "love song" ballad. I was near the front in a crowd of thousands of people, and after Wayne Coyne sang the line "she's a blackbelt in karate" I shouted the "hay hay" sound back. He briefly paused, pointed his finger at me, and smiled a huge grin. Loving seeing and hearing your musical adventures for this series.

The whole thing is terrific: arrangement, performance, location, videography. This is such an amazing series! Totally unlike anything I've ever seen from another musician.
