That 207-01 model is in my shopping cart and after seeing this I’m definitely getting it. Something you might want to add is on that model the cord that is attached to the handle goes well past the users reach and that’s actually what a good row machine should have as a standard feature.

Thanks for your vid - I am considering getting one and these came up on my list to consider. You didn't mention the fact that rowing is one of the only exercises that works both upper AND lower body, which is why I want to include it in my workout routine. I like the magnetic resistance of my spin bike so I'm kinda heading in that direction. Other reviewers have mentioned,as you did, that the water sound is soothing and relaxing but I wonder if it gets old and even irritating after a while. Whadya think?

Great video! I have a question. Long term wise, when we build great muscle and strength, which version has higher resistance? Water version with maximum water or magnetic version on highest setting?

How is this for someone who is 5'9, and 200 pounds? Also, how much resistance (lbs) is in each level? Consideration for a beginner rower that wishes to advance with this machine?

Do the foot rest rotate on both machines?
