What's up guys! Today we're going over how to fall safely without getting hurt. I know this is one of the biggest things for me that scares me and holds me back, but it you practice falling properly then you can try harder and more difficult things and progress faster without getting hurt as often.
There's lots of tips in this video. Hopefully my examples really break it down for you.
