Believe in god your god’s creation! Look at what he provides you! Water light and food! Praise the lord and accept him as your lord and dont forget Jesus died on the cross for your sins whenever you make a sin ask for forgiveness but make sure you forgive others so he can forgive you! We don’t deserve salvation since we have sinned before. But God made a way for us to be saved through Christ Jesus, don’t condemn yourself, instead be convicted and repent. There is no amount of sin which God cannot forgive, and you are not a failure since you are God’s creation. Sure you will FAIL, but you are not a failure. Calling yourself a failure would be like saying that God’s creation is a failure, but God never fails.

If James meant that it was faith AND works leads to salvation, his book would not be in the Bible at all, for his words would contradict what Paul, Peter, John and even Jesus said. But they do not. Meaning James was saying that your faith would be DEAD to, not God, but to Men. Look at King Solomon: he had a dead faith when he died an idolater, yet he's in heaven, why? Cause of his small and dead faith in God. Look at King Saul: he committed such great sins, that God did not talk to him, yet he's in heaven as well. Look at Jonah. For all intents and purposes, he was a terrible prophet according to us, one may consider him to have been lukewarm. Yet, he's in heaven as well. But if, by chance, you say a dead faith CANNOT be a saving faith, then please, I implore you, to give me the book, chapter and verse, in the Bible, that says, "A dead faith cannot save" or similar. Also, yeah, the demons believe that God exists, they also believe He came down as Jesus Christ, that He died, was buried and rose again, but they do not believe in Jesus as their Savior. It is also found in James that if you were to keep the whole law, yet offend at any point, you're guilty of them all.

@voltekthecyborg7898 I see your point. However, our lives should reflect our service to God out of obedience (many times, easier said than done). He has set us aside to do good works from the foundations of the world (Eph. 2:8-10). Our lives are worship, and in that way, our worship can be by the things we do for God- it's a verse in 1 Corinthians that says everything we eat, drink, and do, let it be for the glory of God, and another verse that says do everything with love. Before those verses mentioned from Matthew, Jesus is also exhorting the people to be doers of the word, putting their faith into action so we be not deceived. Works should show our faith, and faith is the reason for our good works. As long as no one is confusing Jesus' sacrifice + works = salvation with works as fruit of salvation (which should be the case when we abide in Jesus (John 15)), then it is sound doctrine.

I understand you very much, I have been dealing with the same issue, at times I even wonder to myself " Am I just so low?, am I just so different?" Not that I think I am any less capable than most, but somehow I just find myself all the time stuck in this time loop of never really taking action, and getting out of my comfort zone. I suppose if there is a lesson that I have learned is that through experiences we grow, these experiences shape us, in both mind and understanding. This can push us to do things differently, and believe me I have heard all the motivation, inspirational, and spiritual words that I can, Even seing others who, might have been less capable than even myself achieve what I couldn't. As one who haven't fully overcome his limiting beliefs and way of thinking, I can't say much, but if there one interesting thing that I have learned is that, there's someone out there just like you. You just have to take a step forward and do what you have set you eyes on, and change the way you think, and just do it. So let's do this together. 😁😁. wait i guess there is one advice can give, it's to organise, this will make things clear on what you need to focused on and if possible stick to it, I repeat stick to it and see it through. Just live. These vids can be quite manipulative so just be careful. They know how to make you guilty and vulnerable. Don’t get too attached to watching christian vids because these people are not enlightened or know any divine truth from God. If you want to, read the bible and make your own conclusion. But you are very young, don’t pressure yourself into religion, you still have worth without it, I suggest you focus on school and making friends.

My biggest advice for you as a 19 year old is to realize that life isn’t black and white. Good and evil… Nope. It’s gray, a whole lotta shades of it. It’s nuanced. The right and perfect path will never show. You just have to do what you can. School is important, but it’s not everything. Find what you like doing, a passion and practice it. Even if it’s not religious and don’t be guilty when people say it’s wrong, because it’s not, as long as it’s not harming you. Drugs are definitely the darkest shade of gray there is. Stay away. Other than that just respect your parents and do what you can. You have so much time on your hands, you don’t even understand. I’d love to be 10 again even for a day, I remember having zero worries playing on my ipad, good times, so enjoy them. Because it’s your childhood. Go live it.

Same. There was a woman on another video years who was saying she tasted and prayed and went to church but was lukewarm because she had a life and partied with friends. All I have for my existence is suffering and trauma and if that was lukewarm I'm screwed cuz I don't even have the energy to think anymore. My mind goes straight to my trauma every time I try to relax. Then I feel like God doesn't wanna be bothered with. Every one of these videos that are supposed to help me only make me feel more hopeless

Its not through our good works that we are saved, we are encouraged to preach the gospel but you cannot do that without building your foundation first through solid ground rather than sand. I suggest you read your bible more and study it as well, pray more often. Form your relationship with Jesus, ask him what you need to change as well. And once you build your foundation/relationship with Him you may spread the Word of God because without seeking the Word first how can you help others see the Lord through all His glory? Dont rush things, try not to focus way too much on the second coming of Jesus Christ. Focus on Him, He loves you and wants to help you through every aspect of your life. Someone said in a video I watched which says 'Dont do it because you have to but because He loves you.' It'll be okay, dont worry He is always there with you and when youre ready, go to Him just like how a child goes to their parent for guidance and comfort.

I completely related to your issues with spreading the Gospel, but something that may help is how Jesus states in the bible that 'apart from him (the vine) you can do nothing - John 15:5' so take the first step of fixing your eyes on Jesus and remaining in him. You will naturally grow in confidence because you are no longer atttaching your identity to the world. I also need to take this advice for myself so we're in this together! Idk but either way, I have to change that. Period. Even if I have a “reason” for me being ashamed of Jesus Christ, that is not JUSTIFIABLE and being ashamed of Jesus Christ is dangerous. That is what scared me and just brings me down and so desperate to see a sign or see God in my dreams because I know He can answer my prayers in dreams. Of course God forgives you, He LOVES you so oooooo much. It says in the Word that his love for us is "enduring, everlasting, ever abounding" and it's true, JUST GET BACK UP" A righteous man falls seven times, but gets back up" that's a verse from the Bible, so even God knows we'll fall. Also HE FORGIVES YOU, his mercy is made NEW every morning, the fact you have Breath in your lungs shows that.

Ephesians 1:7 "In whom we have redemption through his blood the forgiveness of sin, according to the riches of his grace;" If you don't forgive others you did you wrong it will ruin your relationship with God cause if you can't forgive others for doing you wrong why should the Lord forgive you for your wrong doings. So you must forgive others so God can forgive you.

Be honest with God: Pour out your hurt to God, and invite him into the process of forgiveness. Forgive by faith: Choose to forgive and release the debt, even before your emotions catch up. Set healthy boundaries: Forgiveness doesn't mean you have to re-engage with unhealthy dynamics. Embrace the healing journey: Forgiveness is a process that takes time, so give yourself grace and space to heal. Realize God has forgiven you: Remember that God has forgiven you more than you will ever have to forgive anyone else. Show God's mercy to others: Show kindness and warmth to others, which can help you forgive them when they wrong you. Remember forgiveness is not an endorsement: Forgiveness doesn't mean you approve of someone's actions, or that what they did was okay

Being lukewarm is a real thing (Rev 3:15-16 KJV this was the scripture he was referring) and the purpose wasn’t to clickbait or make people fear God, in fact fearing God is a good thing it makes you have respect towards him and recognize he is all powerful. We should hate sin just like God does. And being lukewarm means you like the sun you’re in. He did an amazing job explaining it

Biggest turn off for me as well. Also the fact of giving myself and obeying to this God. That never bothers to show himself. We all dont do things right, we're humans. We don't deserve to go to heaven but, Jesus the LORD and Savior took our punishment in order for us to go to heaven.

I don't drink I'm 15 and I never thought of drinking it tastes bad and soda is too much sugar I only drink soda once or twice at a special event I like juice and water that's all

Our good works don't justify us going to heaven. Our love for God does. So if you spend all that time praying, going to church, etc BECAUSE you love Jesus Christ. Then no, you aren't lukewarm. 😊 But if you're doing all that just to go to heaven, learn to love God first and read the Bible.

Walk in the spirit and give up the things that you know will only sabotage your relationship with God. When you have a strong desire or you want to do something but you know that it is a sin, you have to resist it, avoid it and sacrifice your worldly desires. Lukewarm is between the true believer and the non-believer. They are people who claim to be followers of Christ but lack fruit this means there is no evidence of their salvation or they are pretending when they don't really believe what they preach

Yes you are, you are an evil doer if you commit sins, which we all do because it is a curse against humanity, due to the first sin (adam and eve eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil) so we are sinners but thats why our lord and savior Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, died on the cross for OUR SINS so that if we have true faith in Jesus, and do the fathers (God) will, we shall have eternal life and our sins will be forgive (basically believe in Jesus, and do what God wants, and basically the most important thing is REPENTING FROM YOUR SINS, to repent is to turn away from a certain sin)
