@@norwegiangooner6521 did you have the need to be rude. You can't be sure if that was a child or someone with a learning disability that answered about 27 amendments. Come on please be kind.
Even though I don’t know Spanish you explaining the constitution in Spanish brought a tear to my eye. That was before I even knew he was new to America. It reminds me that because of our rights is why this place is so great.
If he was stolling along walking a dog, they wouldn't give him a second look - even if they thought he was on 'their' property. Whip out a camera - all hell breaks loose!
Blue vehicle doesn't look street legal. Looks like they have some OSHA violatioms. The man with helmet is claiming the street as company property. They probably own the air in the sky too! Did company pour their own sidewalks too ? Probably own their own police dept.
And my fellow Americanos wonder why Corporations like IBM hire mostly "other then Americans" here in the states..😂 Europeans, Asia, Africa, Latin America, better education....
Wel thanks to you guys I al learning mire about your rights and my rights. U started to look into the constitution of the country I live in (not my birthcountry) so now I am also educated in my rights here. Keep up the good work, be polite, gentile and respectfull towards people, even if they are not ! but keep in mind to keep it safe !
Did he really just ask what’s in your backpack?!? WTF?!? I would never, ever ask a random stranger what’s in their bag, & I certainly wouldn’t go up to a stranger in public & be all up in their business like these people?!?! THAT is the weird part!!
DAMN, THE SECURITY GUARD SEEMED LIKE SHE WAS INTO YOU, YOU SHOULD HAVE GRABBED HER NUMBER. 😂. Keep up the great fight RCA and stay safe brother. 🥊 🥊 🥊 👍 👍 👍
They want to call cops . Do not think that unregistered uninsured sweeper should be on a public road. Cops may not care but would bet the insurance co. might be a little more unhappy. If that fork truck load fell on a pedestrian on sidewalk it would be expensive
You're very respectful in your audit, don't worry about the part of your conversation being Spanish, I actually applaude it. You did well to learn Spanish, you'll be appreciated by the Hispanic community aswell. I'm from Holland, the other side of the pond, in addition to Dutch, I speak English, Spanish, German, a fair bit of Portuguese, Italian and French. You've certainly broadened your horizons lol...
I have never understood how a security company gets a contract for security on a property when they know nothing about property law, the constitution, and civil rights? HOW? they should know about those things in order to do the job.
I wouldnt just assume its illegal..Some cities do allow unlicensed warehouse equipment to use designated streets in industrial zones. Its quite common in Arizona for example
A couple of things immediately come to mind with the safety officer and they are as follows. I reminded one of your street sweeper operators to wear his seatbelt it’s an OSHA regulation. Isn’t it against the law to drive forklift and street sweepers that are unlicensed on city streets? Additionally if a forklift operator or a street sweeper operator were to cause an accident, the vehicles are unregistered and unlicensed, that becomes an issue with the insurance company. It’s always good to remind them that they’re not perfect and most of the time it causes them to rock back on their heels.
Can you operate a forklift on the road? Under certain circumstances and distances, a forklift can be legally driven on a public road. To do so legally, the forklift must comply with state insurance, licensing, and registration requirements.
“I don’t talk to strangers” I am allowing all who read this, the permission to use this reply to anyone that approaches. Will shut them up immediately and have them question their own intent/purpose in approaching a camera ever again.
Seatbelt check lmao. But seriously you probably saved his life. If an accident happened, He'd fly right out of his fork lift and get crushed. I know someone that happened to.
What up my boi, lol if I did that and went home my girl will be like 'oh yes you had to let her know 😆 no joke. but great vid bro ..keep it up & stay safe
I've watch a million audit videos so they get a little repetitive but hearing someone new come to the country and learn about their rights while in our beautiful country is awesome.
Tell them you are making the video for the community. We are learning about the local businesses. Ask them lots of questions. What they do, and what jobs they have and what do they do to give back to the community. Do they support little league baseball or any local sports? Do they give money to help the homeless. They can either look good or look bad. We are watching to see how they treat you. (And us) great videos and stay positive.
So many people need to be made aware of their own rights. Whats scary is the majority don't even have a clue of the dumbing down of the American People of their own rights of freedom. Very scary brother but the job you are doing is awesome and you're actions when you interact with the general public is very professional. Calm, Cool and Collected.
I just find it amazing that if you have a camera SWAT shows up but if an actual crime is committed it takes a month of Sundays for those LEO'S to come....I'm just saying
Question: Do the electric vehicles transporting products that pass from one plant to another through the public road have a registration plate? I hope they are insured.
White shirt dim that claimed to be 'security', I don't think auditors should continue talking to anyone like that who can't take 'get lost' for an answer. But, all auditors should follow their own instincts at all times as you are the ones out there. The nubs though that don't understand how sidewalks or easement works at all. THEY are illegally blocking the easement with their overgrown plants.
I work there bro I was just telling some coworkers about filming in public is perfectly legal and if you guys roll up not to make an ass out of them selves Do a follow up
Omfg I USE TO WORK THERE! ! ! Sierra Aluminum. I use to work 3rd shift and it's like a MF oven in there and we would work 5 or 6 hours straight then a 30min lunch break. I can't believe our gente adapt to that shit. They would wait till someone comes and covers u for lunch el producto corre 24/7 it don't stop.
At 13:40, there is a marker. These rural type mail boxes have to be on county property. The private property line is further back than that off the road.
