One major con of uploading content from a mobile device is that many people have an issue that it actually caps the video quality to 720p and 30fps which often makes the content look bad and lose it's smoothness.

When i started uploading videos they were all doing surprisingly well with many of them reaching almost 10k views but then my newest videos only have 20 views and only a part of them have 1k so idk if youtube doesnt want to reccomend my videos or if the audience doesnt like them 😭

Nothing hugely major but I find RU-vid is a slow burn when pushing out content, then they eventually “blow up”. A lot of my videos have been gradually gaining views and I have confidence that they will pick up over time. Deffo try these tips out!

my swipe ratio changed from 65% to 75% by removing all youtube video tags from shorts. It helped boost the video to new or maybe appropriate audience, maybe because I was overtargeting the same audience again and again. This lead the videos to have 2x more views on the daily, as this is a good metric to have.

Other RU-vidrs have explained the process of uploading shorts in different ways. Some advise against using the "Create a Short" feature, they said don't or never use create a short option, while others suggest uploading as unlisted or private and then scheduling. Despite trying these methods numerous times, my shorts have never surpassed 4k views. Starting today, I'll give your approach a shot to see if there are better results. 👍

Had no idea about the 3 hastags limit. Also, for me everything else for my niche seems to be over thinking the micro nuances. I do fireworks so it's not like instructional videos.
