For H4 dependents, where filing date is current but might retrograde, will filing for H4-EAD be economic than GC EAD due to renewal frequency and the cost associated? 2. Is it true that the GC EAD and AP has an automatic extension for 180 days? 3. Also please suggest on the benefits of advanced parole and is it even a good idea to pay for it for a H-1B person who is filing for I-485 AOS with current filing date (that'll possibly retrograde later).

If EAD+AP card takes anywhere up to 1 year to be issued with current delays, and it's only valid for 1 year, is it possible that we almost never had the card with a valid date? How would we be able to use it as an Employment Authorization? Also, if the case is pending to issue a new card, how can we travel with a card that expired + a case pending and AP hasn't been issued yet?

Currently with Company B, pending I140 application under EB2 (filed at the end of Aug 2020). Do I need to wait for this I140 to approve before I file for the downgrade? Hi, Mandar. I saw your vedio. The information you have provided is quite in details as well as priceless. I need you to tell me what should I do, as my biometrics appointment letter has not come yet, whereas USCIS has received my application for AOS on 07/16/2020 and they have send me the receipt letters for all the three applications before 08/02/2020 i.e. i485, i765 and i131.

Although the process is a process by definition, it is amazing that nothing is done to address right and honestly qualified people. It is high time to use big data into action at USCIS. Long time to get background verified, long time to print cards, and further time to print GCs, sounds so cyclostyle printing press days. Time to upgrade USCIS 😀

Once I have my EAD and a pending AOS, and I decide to change my job, as you mentioned I should try and keep my H1 status even with the new employer. Will the new employer have to file a perm and I-140 again? or just the H1 transfer and some basic paperwork to say they sponsor my green card is sufficient? Also another question, My EB2 PD is June 4, 2011. I missed the filling data for EB2 by 20 days. What would be your viewpoint on downgrading my application to EB3?

Hi Mandar again and another question is Can a Pakistani woman who was married to a US Citizen, got divorced and if her GC is in Pending status in the Court because of the Divorce that husband claimed she married for the sake of GC, can she marry a H1 B from India while her GC Denial case is pending in the Immigration Court in Alabama state? That you Sir for the detailed information. You said for biometrics we need two pieces of identification. In lieu of a valid Driver's License, what are some of the other acceptable identification in addition to passport? Also, are you sure we need 2 forms of identification, just passport won't suffice?

Hi , we filed adjustment of status last year May 5,2019 and got my biometrics on June 24,2019 and we asked the offices inside the uscis if what’s the next step after biometrics, he said the next step is for green card interview. September 25 ,2019 I received my EAD card & advance Parole and will expired September 25,2020 and it’s been more than a year now I didn’t receive a notice for my green card interview. Hi Mandar, I have One question, I recently filed i485 and found that by mistake I haven’t answered questions 43 and 46b in the i485 form. These are one of the bunch of questions where we answer yes or no. The i485 application is delivered to the USCIS office recently. They haven’t received a receipt notice yet.
